Pages 1-41 He likes squeeky ducks. @_@ He's not shy or fearful. He's actually very curious. He likes Mocha. He went to a tea party with Jilan and Yun. He likes to snarf down food. @_x Felt him probe my mind, though it didn't last too long... @_x Also, it seems he's physically weaker than the other porcelain...

-- [First Entry, First Day 05.01.04] --Pages 41-45 Fumei is WEIRD. She doesn't coo or hug or spaz over me or anything. It's too hard to try and go into her mind. @_@ Meeting Mocha and WenPyre.. is a bit much. CONFOOZED.
*_* But I got squeaky slippers. It's fun... 'talking'... to Mocha! ^_____^ We're gonna be playmates forevar! Lots of fun and care! ^_^ Mocha's really nice!
Met Jilan too. o.O He is... 'shy'. ^^ Mocha started getting excited and charged him. Mocha gets very excited. She emits lots of hyper jumpy thoughts, and she scared Jilan. @_x I guess Jilan was just scared cause Mocha likes to charge things. ^^; Even porcelain. So maybe that's why Jilan was scared. It's okay though, at least in the end he pet Mocha. ^_^ Yay! Score one for me and Mocha! A friend that is! I hope!
Rawr! And then this elf person tried to attack Mocha with tickles! >< So I attacked him! Grrr! He can't hurt Mocha!!
And then we went home. I think I'll like that.

-- [2nd Entry - 05.02.04] --Pages 47-?? I went back to the cottage. Wanted to see if there was anything to do. 3nodding Saw Tsukiba. Wanted to help. o_O Saw... (from what Mocha tells me...) 'Pom' chewing on Mocha. That's it. @_x Went home and got there. Somehow.He'll begin his studies now. XD I bet he'll hate me for it. Ah well. It won't be easy for either of us. ^___^ It's best to be prepared for any dangers he faces... and I believe he's up to the task if his memories are correct...

And language... she keeps me busy all the time when I'm away from the cottage because Fumei's always busy herself....

-- [BUBBLESES Entry 05.04.04] --Pages 54-55, 59 *_* Jilan 'blew' something called BUBBLES. *_* The surface was so shiny and translucent at the same time, I must find out why it is so! There are so many things to 'understand!' O____O AND TSUKIBA MADE A BIG BIG BUBBLE. eek And it popped all over me. @_@ Fumei helped me dry off some... and went home...At home! It's not so cozy much anymore. Everytime we go home, we have something planned. Fumei has a lot of rooms in her house. @_@ I get lost sometimes. And the books are always piling... and we're trying to improve my durability...
I get really tired easily sometimes...Fumei's Notes -- Starting Silver's training. He's rather delicate... but he agreed to it.

-- [Before I Went to the Cottage 05.06.04] --Page 63-69 My.... handwriting... is... better. 'Reading'... h.a.r.d. So..... tired.... after... [after this, the page is bent and has been watered down]ADVENTURE SEEKERS! Went to the cottage again, looking for more things I can learn! I like to watch other porcelain and see what happens. I-n-t-e-r-a-c-t-i-o-n-s and all. ^_^ WenPyre and Mocha even hang out with me and Fumei while I'm there. whee I'm happy. It is a great feeling, it is. I am really trying to write the best I can, and Fumei helps me with the journal. Oh! Um.. Mocha met #12 and Amena today. ^_^ I met them too!
I could hear #12 and Amena's thoughts. #12 is quite the hero, and Amena is quite the friendly girl. I am glad. Mocha is very forward. ^^ She may scare off other porcelain, but I know she is truly playful. So we got to hang out a little. Then they left...
I learned a bit more today.More training today. He still gets rather tired easily... but... he's running a few more steps more easily. He exercises hard... guess I'll have to start with rocks and sharp things for later. ^_^ After all, he's got to have swords just his side. He fancies those...
I guess we'll just have to keep amping up the training... if only he weren't so weak... at least his heart is up to the challenge.

-- [Tsubei, #14 in Messy Handwriting Entry 05.07.04] --Pages 69-72 I went straight to the cottage today, since Fumei let me rest. I even brought a book. There was a new porcelain there. She was #14.
And very p-r-e-t-t-y. Even said hi to Cho. But I was more focused on #14. I tried to be 'polite.' Cause Fumei taught me a lot of things lately.
I showed Cho and #14 the book. It was about dinosaurs. It's a funny 'word' dinosaurs. Fumei says Mocha is a dino, of sorts. I tried my best to explain the 'understanding' thru thoughts to Tsubei and Cho but...
eek THERE WERE BUBBLES. @_@ I MUST UNDERSTAND THEM!!!!Quiet Girl ThoughtsBut #14... she's very pretty. She's the prettiest porcelain I've ever seen. She MUST be special. She acts like it too, especially since she's much more... quiet. I mean, her thoughts are just... quiet.Sometimes, I wish I could understand what she's thinking about. But she's so soft...
I wish I could please her. Why does she like Tsukiba so much? *sigh*
Oh well. I'll become more like Tsukiba then!

After I give her these flowers I got for her...#13#13 is much more different than #14. He's very... open. His thoughts are tangled, easy to see. Much fun! He's ... different too. o-o We had fun. Played racing! blaugh But he won. crying My body gets achey after a few seconds of running. sweatdrop He forgot about our race when he fell over.
He found shinies. Ooooh.
But he's really cool! I like him! I think he's really special and cool! He's different and that says a lot.
Just like #14... whee
I miss #14. So I went to find her. With #13.

Then Amena and Yousei and Cho and Ichigo had ta go. Coya came about and I hung out with her for a little bit. xd Seems she's a little disgruntled with her human. Haha.Me and Yun! -- After all that, Yun and I got to talk a bit. I swear, he's still a grouchy sourpuss. He's still bein' grouchy to everyone. Haha. Same ol' sourpuss.
Honestly, I saw those rings under his eyes. I remember pieces of his dreams. Or nightmares. He needs to relax.
We talked a bit. ^____^ Well, me mostly pestering him about Dragonlamp and such. What's Yun's deal anyway? I know my drive, but what's his? The classic, "I'll Defend You All?" thing? Meh. Heh, teased him a bit about being partners. He LOVES the idea.
blaugh Thing is... the guy is whole, "I work alone." thing. I guess he's into that whole lonely... hero... thing. Still, his way of thinking is far too reckless...
That's how Yun is.

The notes are very garbled and messy.. and the writing seems to trail off as if unfinished...))Tsukiba's Trail His steps are slow and his head tilted down, blades of greenish hair concealing his expression -- but a chilling aura rolls off him, something between worry and regret, sorrow, and fear. Tightly grasped in a hand in a handkerchief stained with smudges of dark fluid, that, to a careful listener, seems almost to give off the same feelings, except that its are tinged with a note of pain.
Tsukiba sets the handkerchief on the table and unfolds it slowly, his hands seeming to tremble just barely. Inside the pale cloth are two crystal-like objects, one blue and one red, small and faintly radiant. They are pretty, but not blindingly beautiful; it is that barely perceptible hum of loneliness and ache that reaches out to the heart, not their beauty.
...Lucid Gems are rare things, for they come only from Dragonlamp, and are made only by the humans and Porcelain of Dragonlamp...
When a Lucid Porcelain kills such a human, a strange object can crystalize from the wisps of the victim's spirit. When this object is dissolved in the body of a Porcelain who is not Lucid, she can be roused from her unconscious state and become a self-aware Porcelain with a more humanlike mind, and the power to use her inherent elemental magic through an agonizing metamorphosis.
The Porcelain who hunt humans for this purpose call their movement the 'Restoration,' as it restores Porcelain to their original mind, taking back the magic the humans stole from them aeons ago.
...Tsukiba closes his eyes and sighs painfully.
...But a Lucid Porcelain, who has ingested this crystal that come from the pain of a human, so frequently loses sight of what is precious to the Porcelain, and becomes violent and sadistic. As their ability to conceal their thoughts and block out feelings increases, they become desensitized to the emotions of others, and become self-interested, unable to Love.
Although a Porcelain who is not Lucid cannot understand all angles, aspects, and elements to the concept of 'Love,' a Lucid Porcelain all too often shuts her heart off to understanding.
Only Lucid Porcelain could ever kill...
These two Lucid Gems came from two boys who were engaging in the most cruel and sadistic torture of a tiny Porcelain girl who is now among those taking refuge in Gaia. They were killed by a Lucid Porcelain, who regrets his impulsiveness in doing so. But the two Gems that came from their death might still be useful; perhaps two of the humans who protect Porcelain will be able to make good from them.
Because in Dragonlamp, humans and Porcelains cannot communicate and live in a sea of contempt for one another, but here... they can hear each other's voices. So perhaps here, where they are surrounded by love, a Lucid Porcelain can come to understand Love...
This is Tsukiba's hope, the reason for this experiment. If it goes badly, then he will at least have money to bring here more children; if it goes well, then there is hope not just for these children, but... for him, too. Because he is Lucid.These are precious Tsukiba thoughts before I bought the lucid gem. I've read them over and over again in my mind, trying to practice them and entail them to memory. I'm lucid now. Did you know that?

Before I go, I want to write down what's happened since I left the cottage for the first time... how I took lucid gem by myself, how Amena came to my rescue, how I was ambushed by Yun, how I had to go and help track down Yun...
But after that... what else is there to tell...?
I've just been so busy lately trying to keep up...
But now I have to go back...

Silver and I have returned from Dragonlamp yet again. I *hate* ghosts. Fuhen-nii always used to tell me stories about them and I would always get scared.
Boyan needed help. Silver followed. And as Boyan asked Silver to do a little experiment, some wispy foggy spirit talked to them, and we couldnt' even move...! I was so scared...!
In the end, it kept talking about taking back it's soul, it's life... for he was the Mist Sorcerer. What was that? Was he looking for Silver? Maybe... since the damn ghost thing entered Silver's body and that was the end of that. Was Silver a part of that thing, long ago? Was Silver something evil like that? Someone arrogant and selfish...? But so very mysterious...
Was this why Silver was afraid to ever talk of Dragonlamp? Did Silver know of this?
All I know is that he hightailed it once we got back to the cottage. xp Probably to see Amena... there's a wedding after all...
Maybe Silver needs to have his own soon.
So here I am, writing his entry. Is Silver going to be sick now, having that.... THING.... in his body? Will the ghost hurt him? I hate ghosts...
But I'm sure it'll be okay. Silver can control it.
I hope.

Why does that name sound so familiar? My memories are so hazy.
But I can remember Gaian so well. Thanks to Fumei's training regiment anyway.
I don't understand why he's here, or why he is the way he is. I'm just miffed he seems so violent and so apathetic to everyone's feelings.
I don't like the way everyone regards him and the way he regards others. His sense of conscienceness is utterly deplorable. I don't know if I ever want to understand his ways.
However, he is to be my housemate.
And it's his birthday in a few weeks...
I'll try to understand him.
But I know I'll have to heed Setsushi's warnings.
