Declaration Of Clan Freedoms and Restrictions
This Documented Post Lists The Freedoms Available to all members of The Vampire Clan. No member of the clan is to be denied these rights unless otherwise stated by this declaration.

FREEDOMS

Freedom One: Freedom of Posting
Overveiw:
All clan members are allowed to post on the clan forums unless the right is denied per the declaration.

First Section: Please post whatever nonsense you want in The Vampire Clan Chatterbox Forum ( http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewforum.php?f=445191 ) RPs Announcements and updates are to remain on the main forum
(RP's REMOVED FROM THE FIRST SECTION AFTER THE CREATION OF THE RPING THREAD)

Second Section: The use of racial slurring is aloud but only if used in a historical or non malicious format... Sexual content is allowed only if there is minimal physical detail

Third Section: You have the right to ******** swear...

Freedom Two: Freedom of Rebellion (Freedom of Speach/Peacefull Assembly)
Overveiw:
If you are unhappy with choices made by clan officials or updates to how the clan is run you have a right to protest

First Section: You may post topics in the chatterbox litterally cussing the moderators out... This includes any protests against the clans declaration of freedoms or promotions/demotions...

Second Section: You have the right to flame respectfully via PM... should a conflict occur where someone is upset contact the clan captain

Third Section: You have the right to talk s**t about people in the clan via pm or posting however, should a conflict occur where someone is upset contact the clan captain.

Fourth Section: You have the right to petition: should you get ten members to agree with an opinion or veiw you may present your petition to a vice captain or captain and a crew vote will be held

RESTRICTIONS

Restriction One: Restrictions of posting
Overveiw:
There are limits to what is allowed on the clan forums due to respect for others and gaian law.

First Section: Posting Graphic Images/ Videos Includeing "snuff" photography, pornography, or raceist content will result in you being banned from the clan with no possibility of re-enrollment... The post will be deleted on sight

Second Section: Posting Text including raceial slurs or sexual remarks for the sole purpouse of intimidation or emotional damage will result in up to one week probation from forums and possible fines if this occurs again...

IF TWO VICE CAPTAINS THINK THE PROPOSAL SHOULD PROCEED THE COURT WILL BECOME ACCESSIBLE BY CREW ONLY UNTIL AN OFFICIAL DESICION HAS BEEN MADE ON BEHALF OF THE PROPOSAL

CLAN COURT ARTICAL II
WHEN NOT IN SESSION THE COURT SHALL BE OPEN FOR PUBLIC VEIWING TO SHOW NON-CREW MEMBERS WHAT OCCURS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

CLAN COURT ARTICAL III
TO ENSURE CLAN RECORDS REMAIN SECURE ALL CREW MEETINGS SHALL BE LOCKED AFTER THE CAPTAIN DECLARES IT ENDED TO MAKE SURE TAMPERING IS IMPOSSIBLE

CLAN COURT ARTICAL IV
IF THE CAPTAIN DECLARES A MEETING ENDED THEN ANY MEMBER IN THE CLAN MAY REFUTE IT AND ASK THAT IT BE REVISITED... IF ANY ONE CREW MEMBER AGREES, OR THE PROPOSER IS A CREW MEMBER THEN THE MEETING MUST BE REVISITED AS A SEPERATE MEETING...
