If they don't carry it in stores, you should be at least able to order them. Is there some sort of kiosque computers there?
I don't know much about Borders, but it seems to be the American equivilant of Chapters... And Chapters has a kiosque in the store where you can order books as if from the website, except you don't need a credit card.
