Avi art in DTAAY of shadow_Knight49. Spent 2 hours on it. Want to know what yall think. Critiques, suggestions, hints, comments, and red-lines accepted.

i really like this! biggrin it's so pretty
i think the hair needs higlights though nd it would have been better if you had outlined the eye (at least the upper eyelid) nd maybe the pupil
also to make it more "fur-like" you could have added some random lines in a light-ish brown
btw i think the rose looks awesome! and overall i really like it, good job!

Okay, first off, I really like the way you made his face more human. I have been drawing furry a lot recently, but I have never quite mastered the ability to draw, human or fur, at a found view. Congrats on that.
Anyways, onto the corrections!
I noticed, not that it’s really well hidden, that he has a rose in his mouth. As you have it now though, it looks more like the rose is ON his mouth not in it. I think, that if you brought his upper and lower lip around the stem it would look more natural and more like he was holding the rose.
Also, though this is more ecstatic than anything else, I would suggest either making the ears part of the hair or even making them part of the skin, though this will cause a lot of repainting.
Besides those few things, and maybe cleaning up your line art, I think your well on your way. Keep up the work and, word to the wise stay away from the burn and doge tool! There NOT your friend!

and yeah, I noticed that about the mouth, and that's a good suggestion 3nodding
Only, he wasn't really meant to be a furry. This was a drawing of someone's avitar and the ears were a headband, but I do see what you mean.
and I have one question
How would you suggest I clean up the line art? Because i'm afraid I don't understand what you mean... sweatdrop
