Ever since I started my new job a couple of weeks ago as a cashier, I keep having this dream about twice a week. In it, I'm at my register. I'm trying to validate a check. But I never get beyond writing the "T" where I put the customer's information. I'm always rushing in the dream, trying to move on and finish the transaction, but I never do. It really freaks me out, and it's making me dread getting checks.

I don't know why but since I originally posted this my dreams have been revolving around my job. And I'd rather be dreaming about anything else. I'd like to be able to get away from my job in my sleep! Is there any way to stop these dreams?!

Hmm... I've never had those type of dreams before and i hope i never would. Those type of dreams freak me out, maybe you'll do a huge mistake there, but you're to afraid to see anymore of the dream or something. I'm quite confused on this...

I don't know what's up now. I just randomly stopped having it. I'm glad it's gone but I wish I knew why I had it.

Maybe because you're new to the job, and subconsciously you worry about it. Maybe you're scared of making mistakes, or maybe you're too excited at having your new job. Or maybe it was for some other reason. Either way, with more time that passes, you will get more used to the job, and stop worrying/thinking about it too much. Maybe this is what caused the recurrent dreams to stop.

Let's hope that was it. It probably was.
