Hyper-sensitive mouse... and it hurts your fingers too! (The mice at school were a bit like that.)
No, it's not hyper sensitive.
But it's still got one button, but it uses a trackpad to see which button your finger's on, and it'll only ever left click, unless you keep your index finger hovering above the mouse instead of resting on it.
And if you scroll the scroll-ball left or right in a browser, it moves through the history extremely fast. e.e;
