This a an area just outside the walls of the Hidden mist village.
A grand waterfall, it is 30 feet high and 7 feet wide. The water falls into a pool that is about 9 feet deep. Its water is always freezing due to the cold nature of the mist village, but the water is never naturally frozen over. The water splashes up mist that clouds the entire area in a fog, sometimes dense sometimes light but it is still always there. The ninja of the Hidden mist use this area a a training ground and ninja can almost always be found here.
