OMFING GOD I SAW THAT ON TV HOW THEY BEAT HIM UP WITH THE GUN HANDLE!!! THAT MADE ME CRY!!! They apoligized to his family... and all that stuff.... the Guy who did it was Bisexual and they said they did it because he promised them meth or meth money if he could get a ride 'and' Sex

I know.. beautiful, that was, wasn't it? That was the part that touched me the most.. Well, the whole film did.. The story did.. The signs were saying: "Thank God for AIDS" and all that crap.. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, and I knew it was a true story.. So horrible

Yeah, the protestors at Matt's funeral were awful - 'specially the Reverend Fred Phelps, the major Anti-Homosexual proponent. The signs were absolutly disgusting - "a**l Sex + AIDS = Death" "AIDS is Gods Curse" "God Hates Fags", and the most disgusting of all, "Matt In Hell."

It's sad to see how much people can hate... Just cause people like Matt... Like us... are different. I mean, why the heck is it that youre DAMNED if youre a Homosexual, but If you Murder someone, youre soul can still be saved. I hate people like Phelps who use Religion to get their own wants; it totally bastardizes the beauty of what it really should be about...

The Angels, however, were one of the most beautiful ideas that Matt's - get this - STRAIGHT friend (In youre f***in' face, Fred Phelps), Romane Paterson developed. Phelps was just preaching his lungs out, and no one listened - the wings just blocked him out... humming Amazing Grace the entire time.

Anyways, yeah, that was one of the most powerful things in the entire Matthew Shepard story... The signs and the angels and Phelps, and Amazing Grace being used to block him out...

Gaaah, I appologize, I've been just going strong for a few minutes there. Sorry to waste so much time, but this is something very important to me.

I saw a program of him where they talked about this murders and how he was. It's sad and I can't understand why ppl does things like that. sad

Matthew Shepard medical update for four-thirty A.M., Monday, October twelfth, 1998.

I'm surpised I'm able to type because tears are in my eyes.

Because we are different kind and wonderful people like Matt gave to suffer.
Both me and my friend Julia had to calm each other down.

Even now after his death people are still hating. And for what. Because we are different. Because we love the "wrong" gender or both. Because we want to be with someone of the same gender or perhaps both.

It's like as soon as your different. Be it race,Sexualtiy or relgion you stop being human in the eyes of some close minded dumass c**t who takes somthing beatiful like religion and use it as an excuse to hurt,kill or worse someone not like them. You think after Matt's death and world war two They'd learn but people still hate.

Sorry guys but I'm so mad, It saddens me that so many hate for such stupid reasons.
