I'd like a list, a nice old fashioned please.
Knowing where we stand is important. I'm hearing "this is going to happen," "oh yeah, we should do this thing after the site is built!"
If we're in the recruiting stage/gathering stage, then we don't need details, we need a mind map for all the fancies we want, and some status on everything that's immediately important, like if we're even going to do this, or just hang out and wish we could do it...

The first thing that's immediately important is the name.
Then we want to sort out what we want in the website, or what is important to start off with. Once that's been clarified, we actually go and do it!
Now on a more specified matter
We don't need money yet, the server space is donated, even if it is small
We have a few coders, and designers, I believe we need more!
We have a number of resources and tutorials available to us in the forum.
Plan
We are building a website that has the same usability as gaia. For instance, forums, guilds etc. With a different theme, layout. That's the basic jist of it.
Design - We still don't know the requirements just yet.
Organization - Pretty poor actually D=, unless you mean company, in which case, none.
List of what we want/don't want - Specification section, this hasn't been finalized
