I haven't the slightest clue how to use a curling iron so I usually go back and forth between leaving my hair wavy or putting it into pigtails. I'm getting a bit bored with this though. Does anyone know anything else I can do with my hair?

If it's long enough, you can do a milk-maid look with braids or odango pigtails? I dunno. Any hairstyle can work with lolita if you use the right accessories.
It would help if you had photos of your hair for us to judge.

i think you should curly your hair and tide a ribbon in the back or use 2 pony tails with your curly hair.
oh and try too dying your hair some other color like black and pink idk (: HAVE FUN *

You will have to curl your hair eventually.
I think big, somewhat loose curls would look good on you.
Don't forget to set with hairspray!
