Speaking in terms of the Admin department a legal consult would a smart move. Perhaps someone who does law? Anyway yeah we'd need someone to look up the stuff at the very least.

Do you know most projects fail because there's no project management?
WE DON'T NEED THAT YET!
If everyone stresses out on every issue that hasn't come up yet, we won't even start!
I'm going to draw that picture and post it up when I'm finished.

This isn't a real consideration Poo its more a highlight of future issues. A decent plan will at least mean we can expect and retaliate quickly to any issue that comes up.
