Story One: A 13th century Mongolian fantasy-adventure with almost no form of a developed plot other than the fact that it follows more of the traditional standard of story telling (Oedipus, Odysseus, Gilgamesh, etc.) in its tragic/epic hero goodness. Enkidu-ish, too, while we are it.

Story Two: A Renaissance steampunk, set in 1605, that is based off of Da Vinci's inventions and Nicolas Flamel's alchemic work. There are French corsairs after the English ships, Italian inventors and artists galore, and all of the characters (big, small, or dead) are based off of one of the 78 tarot cards. Every. Single. One. Down to the blacksmith they pass on the street.

Story Three: Another Steampunk Story! This one will either be in Heian or Tokugawa Japan, will be centered around the onsens, and probably has the most development technology-wise in my mind. If I do it in the Heian period, it might be a steampunk retelling of The Tale of Genji by Lady Murasaki. If it is Tokugawa, it will probably be a samurai story.

Anyway, as you can see, once the creative juices start flowing, they flood me. Comments? Suggestions? Similar problems?
