Uhhh... No. Head shots can't kill monsters all the time. if the 'Perfect Furry' turned out to as a monster, then it would be sorta like the Black Knight from Fire Emblem: Radiance... Invincible, powerful, scary, and the fight you do get with 'em is based on luck, which won't be in your favor too much, and on top of that, even if you think you killed them, they only COME BACK. Only Zombies or some other low-class monster is that weak to be blasted by an auto shotty. =P
And zombies are barely zombies anymore these days D= A cure against dying skin cells gone wrong, some form of mad cow disease, super rabies, weird alien maggots infecting people and changing them... Things like that ('specially in the Resi series) are mutants, not zombies. A real zombie is loosing a unit of your army, not reraising them at a witch hut or using an Alter, and them coming back as dorky, sometimes usefull in the begining zombies. Living dead. Not infected, not mutant, but good ol' animated corpse zombie ^^
