So I'm level 68 and am just about to finish up my quests in Terokkar Forest. I have a few group quests and that's it, excluding my Shattrath City quests. I still have all of those.
So my question is, should I go on and do all the quests available in Nagrand, then Blade's Edge Mountains and then on to Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley, or should I just skip Nagrand and/or Blade's Edge Mountains?
I know I should probably do all the quests so when I'm 70 I rake in the gold, but at the moment I'm getting pretty bad items that aren't as good as the ones I have equipped.
And also, will I level faster or slower if I don't skip the area?

Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley are good places to level at 68. In fact, I think I did a good chunk of Netherstorm and hit 70 on my hunter. Also net me quite a few gold.

All I can say is there's a lot of quest chains that lead into other things especially in Shadowmoon Valley. You'll hit 70 before finishing all the zones, so you might as well just choose one and go, you're gonna need a lot of gold to get your epic mount anyway, and if you do all the quests you won't find yourself in a dungeon without a critical part of a quest chain for the boss you're on. A guy I know missed out on his hand of adal title because he didn't have the quest line done and then the guild he was in broke up!

Blade's Edge quests suck (for the Alliance anyway).
I was levelling my warlock and I started doing the Blade's Edge quests and I just abandoned them all 'cause they SUCK! lol
Netherstorm is good and so is Shadowmoon, stick with them.
I do recommend doing the Nagrand quests though, if you haven't already.

I always stick to an area until all the quests are gone. Both times I hit 70 I leveled in Blade's Edge which left all of Netherstorm and Shadowmoon for questing for money.

if you wait for the expansion, you can go to northrend at 68.

I still have 2 or 3 quests in Nagrand, dungeon quests in Terokkar, and all the quests in Netherstorm and Shadow Moon.
