((I don't think anyone knew. Just Durion popped up and DWA and bamf were already in this RP so they decided to add theirs. But yea, this turned into a stranger/family RP xD It also looks like another family RP is starting here.)) Basil chuckled nervously at Demi's comment. He was right. Who knew what would happen with four mini Zarrin's? And their mother used to be tortured apparently, at a young age. But... they seemed legitametly in love, and they cared for their kits. He took a deep breath, clearing his thoughts. He was sure he could trust them. He cocked his head a bit, staring at the new kits. Durion, the first male, seemed similar to Zarrin in their pup days. The little silver male seemed cute, the dark grey one polite. They all looked like akumas. Were there no Kitzu's, like Zarrin? Ah, there she was. He noticed her coming from the shadows, her eyes squinted against the light. He looked around and felt a pang when he saw there were no other Kitzu kits, knowing the feeling of being the different one of the group. He was the only Akuma in his large familiy of seven (not including parents), after all. And his mother, the one who worshipped the Chaos, revered it, was the only other Akuma. He padded closer to her, keeping a wing open to block off most of the sun. He wasn't sure if her eyes would be adjusted to the light, yet. "Hello," he cooed, leaning down. "I'm Basil. What might your name be?" he asked.

Ungol Smiled at Basils attempt to talk to the only Kitsu of her litter...
"dont' worry basil, she will not be any less loved, plus patch is here" she smiled softly, almost maternally " and i will do my darnest to make sure that i am not my parents...."her eyes did an angry flash, but only for a moment then it was gone and her eyes returned lovingly to her babies, now romping around...

Patch smiled up at Ungol briefly before sadness washed over his features. "I don't know what it's like to be the only kit of a certain kind in a family,or anything like that. But I know what it's like to feel alone. But at least I'm not alone anymore." His voice had been soft and melancholy for most of this, but he cheered up significantly for the last sentence. After saying this, he trotted over to the new girl and smiled at her. "Hi, my name's Patch. Don't worry; you don't ever have to feel alone when you don't want to, but I won't invade your personal space, either. Your mom's right; we're all here for you."

Z laughed at Ug's remark. "Yes, that means he's the best one out of the litter!" He smiled and looked down at his daughter, winking, making sure she knew he was just playing around.
Astrid crawled over and onto Zarrin's paw. 'I really have to stop taking week long naps' he thought. He suddenly noticed the 5 kits bouncing around below him. He looked them over, 3 akumas and 2 kits, but one of the kits didnt seem to fit with the other ones. He looked almost like a quilt in kit form. Az whispered in Z's ear "Zarrin...who are they and Why are they following you?"
Things were starting to get more and more boring, and Kaliec wanted to get more acquainted with Patch. He walked up to him and his sister, laid Tim against a nearby rock, and pounced on Eri. "SIS!!!!! you will never believe what i found today. I'm gonna give this one to you cuz youre my baby sister. I found a stuffed bear. It's really pretty." He was about to attack Patch with a million questions, but a lady bug flew by his head. "AHHHHHHHH" Kaliec jumped off Eri and hid behind the rock, clutching tim tightly in his mouth.

Eriathwen narrowed her eyes at the rest of her family as a slight growl filtered from her otherwise harsh huff. She shifted from one paw to the other, making sure to move away from her siblings as she tossed her wings. When the strange akuma male moved to shelter her from the sun she immediately glanced up, her eyes a bit softer than they had been when regarding her family, "Thank you.." Replied a quiet voice. "I'm Eriathwen, feel free to call me Eri.." She smiled a little at him but it quickly faded when a patchwork male her age approached her, "You act as though I need your charity or any of that of my family's." She snorted in his direction. "I'm not around for your company, or theirs." She barred her teeth at the boy. Was her parents replacing her with him? "Just leave me alone." With another snort, she pressed tight on her right leg before swiveling around to dart under the shade of a tree. Perhaps it was better to just be without her family.

Patch was slightly offended that she reacted this way to his kindness, but he didn't let it show. "Sorry if I offended you. I know you don't need it. I didn't need anyone's charity, either. But I though it would be nice to offer it. However, if you prefer solitude, I'll leave you alone. It isn't in my nature to be pushy," he explained. With that, he walked away to see why Kaliec was behind the rock.

Ungol noticed the exchange between Patch and Eri. She walked over and curled around her kit, opening her wing to shelter the light...
" What's the matter Eri?" she nuzzled her baby..." why did you bare you teeth like that? what did he say? i'll stomp him... "she looked truly concerned

[I don't think I saw Bamf's reply... so I'm going to include Kaliec in this post. Porcelain.. -Pets- Forgive my rp.. its just how my character acts. In time she might grow a little more use to the boy. ^^;; ]
Hearing what her mother said, Eri's eyes swiveled around and she immediately let out a sigh, "Nothing.. forget about it." She let herself drop to the ground, gathering under her mother's shade when she felt her brother's running start land on her. "Hey!" She screeched slightly from the sudden impact that sent her paws flying over her head. "Watch it, would ya?" Her back was now laying on the ground though she didn't seem angry. Seeing the bear, she tilted her head a little. "Its... for me..?" Her voice was a little unsure as she hopped back on her paws. Moving over she inched closer and began sniffing at it. "It's pretty Kaliec.." She giggled a little when her brother began to spaz out over the lady bug. "Wimp." She teased. Blinking at the patched boy, "Why are you here anyway?" The words were rude in his direction but it was the only way she knew how to try to be a little friendly.

Also, I'm editing my post, since I didn't see yours before.]
"All I did was offer her some company and some kindness, because I know how it feels to be alone," Patch explained to Ungol without looking at either one of them. He hadn't been able to help but overhear them, since he hadn't had to go far to get to the rock where Kaliec was hiding. So technically, it wasn't eavesdropping, considering the fact that he wasn't trying to listen in on their conversation. He just couldn't help it, since he had good hearing and wasn't far away, anyway. "But apparently, she wants to be alone, so I doubt she'll accept your company or kindness, either."
For a second, Patch was insulted that Ungol didn't trust him enough to know that he wouldn't hurt anyone without good reason, especially any of her kits, but this feeling quickly went away when he considered the fact that it was because she had seen her daughter bare her teeth. After seeing that, what other assumption could she make? It was understandable.
"Oh, I'm here because I followed the smell of the pumpkins." He shrugged, and a very subtle wagging motion worked its way to the tip of his tail.

Ungol nuzzled her little girl playfully,
"you know you should make friends hun.... or am i gonna have to tickle you?" she rolled eri over on her back, tummy exposed... and blew into her belly quite forcefully causing a loud PBBBBBBBBBBT noise....

Eriathwen eyed the boy a little, "You're as strange as uncle Basil..." Sticks out her tongue at him for a moment when her mother sweeps her up and starts blowing on her stomach. Failing about she screeched, "Don't! Stop it!"

"Some people consider 'strange' a good thing, but they generally use a different name for it," Patch said, his smile slightly crooked -- almost like a smirk, though there was nothing mocking or condescending about it. "Now, are you saying that because of my weird coat colors, or for another reason?" Patch asked.
He stretched and layed down when Ungol started blowing on Eriathwen's stomach. Family matters didn't involve him, and this was clearly a mother-daughter moment.

Ungol stopped and nuzzled Eri's neck "ok love, i'll stop... but be happy ok? and hey... " she said as she walked towards the lake for a swim " I love you.... so.. yeah be good..."

Patch was glad that he had left them alone, since it was clear that he had been right about it being a mother-daughter moment. It was a family thing, and he was not a member of their family.
He watched as Ungol walked toward the lake, but he decided that he wouldn't go anywhere just yet.
Instead, he stood up and nibbled at the grass, even though it was dry and tasteless due to the colder weather that winter always brought with her when she came.
