Misuto Vapira
Misuto was overcome with a feeling of warmth, like a mother's warm embrace. It was all around him. He breathed in a long deep breath and started choking when water filled his lungs. He sat up almost instantly grabbing his neck, his other arm propping him up by the elbow. He coughed violently until he could breathe again, then opened his teary eyes and winced at the powerful rays of the sun that was blaring at him in the face.
"Ugh.." he spoke aloud to himself involuntarily. He began to roll over and realized that he was laying on a sandy beach. Grit stuck to his clothes like as he turned over, his entire outfit was soaked to the bone. His boots full of water. Another wave crashed and covered the young looking man with water, nearly drowning him again. Misuto began coughing again and desperately started climbing away from the sea line.
"Wha... wha? A beach? I know I fell asleep in an Inn last night..." Misuto thought to himself while throwing himself up and out of the wake of the next wave. "You did! Hahaha!" a voice screeched.
"Aw, hell... Lida, where did you drag us this time?" Misuto asked without speaking a word. He had an angry and helpless expression on, similar to the feeling one would get at a young child breaking something expensive accidentally.
"Wouldn't you like to know!? It was briiiight and shiiiny, so, we went! haha!!" Lida seemed overly-proud of herself, as if she completed some painstaking puzzle after hours and hours of work.
"mmm..." Misuto grumbled, saying nothing back.
He was used to the night-walks by now, but he had thought Lida had given up on them months ago, as he hadn't woken up in another place in quite some time.
"So, you decided to go swimming? At midnight?" Misuto asked rhetorically, it was obvious Lida dropped them on the beach with some insane intent in mind. Misuto wondered how long he had been laying there. The sun was on it's way down, and if that was the situation, Misuto had slept for either 2 hours or 26 hours. Misuto didn't feel too terribly bad, so it must have been the 26. Or was it?
"I wanted to test the waters of this new realm, silly. You haven't figured THAT out yet!?" Lida asked in a way that treated Misuto as a total idiot. As if Misuto understood everything that Lida did anymore. It saddened him that her mind deteriorated so much, but there was nothing that could be done. She was him, and he was her now. ...Then it hit him.
"Wait, what?" He said aloud, alarmed all of a sudden. "New realm? Shiny, wait, huh?" Misuto stood up, sand caked all over his clothes and armor, and in his blue-white hair. He quickly looked around for some kind of indication, some kind of strangeness that separated this realm as unique from the only other one that he had known. He saw nothing with his eyes, but now that he was looking for abnormalities, the water within his soggy clothing didn't feel quite right. Something... different about it. Misuto was very familiar with the power of the water sprites in his world, but this water, it was empty, no residual energy. That was very strange to Misuto, did this world not have sprites and elemental deities?
Calming down a bit, Misuto began to rub his forehead with his hand, a black Sanskrit rune visible for only a moment before hiding behind his snow-toned locks again.
"Lida, what did you get us into?" Misuto asked aloud, rhetorically, to his partner. "Might as well make the best of it." He thought aloud. No sense agonizing over his situation. They had been in bad situations before, and had gotten out of them unscathed. Things would work out. Lida just laughed quietly to herself as Misuto washed himself off in the surf. Now that he had realized the eeriness of the water, he wanted to get out of it very quickly. Maybe Misuto wasn't in tune with the aqua avatars of this realm, and that might be why the water felt empty.
"Someone's coming!" Lida suddenly warned, alarmed, and somewhat sane.
Misuto looked up and noticed two small figures on the horizon. He didn't want to deal with these people if Lida had crossed them during the night. Were they wanted? Were those people after him? A swift retreat seemed to be the best course of action. Misuto charged out of the surf and down the beach. He ran until he could no longer see the figures behind him, and then kept running. This was a long beach, it seemed to go on for miles.
Rayne Bloodstone
Mika stretched as she walked down the cobble stone road. The sky was really clear today, the small shower was done and over with and the streets were already dry. Her best friend Bella was skipping beside her whistling a song from her time. Surprisingly Mika had found out only six months ago that her friend is from the same world as her, Earth. Except she was tossed into Nuova luna just as she was. She was walking home one night and next thing she knew, she was in the middle of the street with some guy helping her stand who is now her husband. No one stayed in this world forever though. A woman just last week who apparently had been here for six years suddenly dissapeared. Everyone said people randomly dissapear without warning now and that they stopped freaking out over it years ago.
"Mimi, what time is the battle between you and...?"
Mika laughed at her firend, she was very forgetful. "Jasyn. He is my opponent and my battle is in-" she glanced up at the clock tower, "-about ten minutes."
Bella paused. "Then can we go to the bookstore really quick? I heard they got a new shipment today from Penombra and we hardly get anything from them anymore." Bella started to give her the puppy eyes which somehow worked on her.
Mika sighed. "Fine, lets get you a book but you need to pick fast, I have to get there before my battle or else I am disqualified."
"Yes Ma'am!"
Suddenly Bella grabbed her hand and started to pull her to the Lilac Bookstore. It was fairly small compaired to most of them and it was the only one that would carry books from other time periods. Mika paused to look at a book she thought she would never see again. Demon In My View, a book by Amelia that she had read when she was younger. She tossed the book to Bella as the woman started to pick up random books that seem to come out of no where and Mika would not be surprised if she was pulling them from hidden shelfs by magic.
"Mika, why do you want this book?" Bella turned to look at her.
Her eyes are a bright blue with dark brown curls. Olive colored skin and very great big smile. She was different from everyone else and only had a few friends. Most of the people in this town stay with their own kind or family. Not everyone was friendly like they are in Stella.
"Hmm, because it is a book that I read in my time when I was younger. I hid it from my father because he did not approve of reading for pleasure unless it was for my schooling."
She frowned. "That sounds kind of mean, but from what you have told me of your father I shouldn't really be surprised now should I?"
Mika shook her head. "It is alright, now pay so we can get going or else I will be late."
They quickly payed for the books and started to walk down the cobble stone road once again. There were little shops all scattered over the town that surrounded the arena. The arena is where they are hading off to.
As they stepped to the front gates there were two entrances. One for the viewers and one for the fighters. Mika showed the guard her pass and Bella gave him her ticket. One guard ecsorted Mika to the back while Bella headed up to the stands. As she walked back there she spotted her apponent who winked at her, she simply flipped him off. They had met in town once or twice and she never liked him, he was always an a** to her.
"Ready?" Asked Todd, the one who rearanged the battle between her and Jaysn.
She nodded to him and leaned against the black metal chair. "Yea, I have been ready to kick his a** for a long time."
"You do know he fights dirty right?"
She closed her eyes. "Dirty how?"
"He will do anything to rile you up, that is all I think I need to say." Todd turned around and handed her Eklipse.
"So bassically you are saying he will grab my a** and stuff?"
He nodded and sat down across from her. "He will do anything to win and when he fights against women, the colser her gets, the more he will group."
"Lovely, then I will use this-" she raised up Eklipse, "-to keep my distance."
Suddenly the bell rang and she stood up. The doors opened and her name was called. She stepped through the thick doors and onto the white marble floor. Jaysn came through the doors on the other side and smirked at her. They came face to face and he bassically towered her with him being 6' 5" and she only 5' 6".
"Ready to play chickey?"
"Bumsen Sie Sie."
He growled when he didn't understand what she was saying. How she loved to speak German around him. The referee stepped forth and took both their hands and placed them together. Her skin crawled at the feel of his against her's.
Once the referee stepped back and indicated the fight was on. Jaysn jumped back and pulled out his whip. Mika pulled out Eklipse and spun it around over her head. She charged and let the weapon swing at him. Just as it was getting ready to strike it's target her vision crossed and suddenly she felt as if she was falling. A scream logged in her throat until she felt the woosh of air hit her and then she was soaking wet.
Looking around she realized she was on a beach and standing in the salty water. Her weapon swung back and forth before slowing to a stop to hang beside her. The sky was a little dark and the moon was already starting to show as the sun slowly slid down from view.
"Where the hell am I?" She asked to no one inpaticular. Especially when she realized no one was around her.
Then she turned around to see a boy about the same age as her running towards her. She stepped back but sliped and fell in the sand, getting her hair all wet. Standing back up she shook her short red hair and coiled the chain of Eklipse back around her fist. Then she waited.

Misuto Vapira
Misuto kept running down the beach. The illusion of the beach going on for miles seemed to hold true as he strode down the beach a little more leisurely now that the two figures he left behind were safely out of sight.
Misuto sighed. He didn't have anywhere else to go but forward, so he decided to see how far the beach would take him. As he ran down the edge of the surf, he looked to his left and watched the sun begin to set. The twilight was his favorite part of the day, even though it only lasted but a few minutes. As he watched the sun set, Misuto noticed something important. There was a small ship on the horizon sailing north. If he was running north with the setting sun on his left, then there must be some kind of port up ahead.
"Perfect. I'll just keep going north then." Misuto thought with a little bit of happiness now that he had some direction to go. He started to plan what he would do when he got to town... money was a priority.
"Misuto, something's up ahead." Lida warned, the insanity seemingly gone from her voice. Misuto turned his head from the sun as it disappeared from the horizon. The disturbance before him seemed to be merely a ripple in mid-air. It was still a little far off, and he was amazed Lida already detected it. The ripple was growing, Misuto noticed, even as he was jogging steadily towards it.
"A rift..." A rift in time and space seemed to be opening in front of him. He cursed to himself. He hated it when Lida did s**t like this. He had no clue what went on and what she did, and then she feigns amnesia. Anything could have happened while he was asleep. Misuto prepared for the worst, maybe they were wanted after all. Whatever came from this rift he decided he was going to attack. He figured those figures from before were tracking him; It was too coincidental for a rift to appear only 100 feet in front of him.
Misuto sped up and charged at the rift as it started to grow. "Lida, lend me your strength now. We're going to rush it." Misuto requested and explained to his pact partner. "We're going to... what!?" Lida responded alarmed. And after a second of what was apparently debating on whether she should comply, she conceded... "Very well, don't get us killed." The black runic design covering his arms started to glow under his white shirt, and shown white through the material in the twilight. He could feel her power in his arms. It was as cold as ice, almost numbing, but at the same time, like electricity bringing his arms to life.
"Don't get us killed? Heh." Misuto thought sarcastically. It was her fault he was going on the offensive. The whole reason he was going to bum-rush whatever was creating the rift was so they had the upper hand in case it was indeed hostile.
As he ran, he deliberately stomped into the surf beneath his boots. A splash came up from the stomp and water droplets flew in the wind. Misuto made a motion with his right hand, and the water droplets stopped falling back to the sandy beach. They started to float towards the glow of his right hand, and with a snap of his fingers, they started to crystallize. Misuto kept in mind what he wanted to make, and the water continued to fly from his feet splashing in the tide to his right hand. The water froze and started to form into a shaft, a thin blade. He was swiftly coming upon the rift as a figure started to materialize from it. He would strike first, whatever this person wanted, Misuto believed that it had to do with him. As the girl appeared in the tangible, he was upon her with his blade, a 2-foot, reverse-bladed katana made of rock-hard ice. It was as sharp as a falcon's beak and he held it backwards as he made a strike at her from low right to high left, spinning in a 360 as he swung. Misuto did so in such a quick, reckless and hasty way that he wasn't even sure what this creature was that he was attacking.
Rayne Bloodstone
Mika tilted her head to the side as she watched the boy getting closer to her. Suddenly it looked as if he was running faster to get to her quicker, she glanced behind her and saw nothing, she had to be the only thing within a mile around here. But what did he want with her? His lips started to move as if he was chanting or speaking to himself.
"Is this guy crazy or something?" She asked herself.
She narrowed her eyes as he got closer. The sky became dark as the sun finally dissapeared and the only light being provided was the moon and the starts splashed all over the sky.Unlike Earth and this strange world, the one she had been living in for a while didn't have stars or a moon. The only other light then the street lights were several small planets that lit up the sky with their own light.
Before he got much closer she started to swing Eklipse above her head, making it whistle, ready to strike if she had to. Suddenly the water splashing around his body stopped falling back to the ocean and started to float around him in mid air as if time had stopped. Or something in the Matrix. The glittery dropplets turned a whitish color indicating they froze and started to fly towards his right hand, forming a shape she was all too famalier with. A sword.
Just as he spun to strike her with the sharp object she jumped back, ontop of a rock behind her and yelled at him in anger. She had no clue why he was attacking her or what he wanted with her but it pissed her off. This was not the other world she had been in, people challanged you by demanding a battle, not randomly attacking her on the beach.
"Seriously, what is your problem buddy? Whatever the hell it is, I am putting an end to it now. Your little ice trick is over!"
As soon as she finished that sentence her eyes flashed a bright silver, lighting up the area around her and the boy's face to reveal bright blue eys and snowey white hair that looked ethereal. Before he could strike her his weapon melted in his hands and the water fall back to the ocean. His power being turned off.
With a jerk of her wrist Eklipse flew right at the boy's head but a strong wave crashed against the rocks and into her, making her lose her balance and fall on the other side of the rock.
"s**t!"
She hit the sand with a loud "hmph!" Eklipse landed beside her with a thunk and she was drenched in the salt water once again. Coughing, she coiled the chain around her wrist and crawled out from behind the rock, out of the ocean.
"Oh hell," she muttered as she rubbed the back of her head once she sat down.
Mika looked at her hand and sighed when she didn't see any blood. Either way, her head hurts like hell and she knew she had to of hit it on something else other then wet sand. Then she glanced up at the strange boy.
"What do you want from me?" Her voice barely above a whisper.
She shivered when the wind blew, cold from the ocean. Thunder could be heard from a distance.

Misuto Vapira
Misuto missed with his first attack, but he threw his momentum around and started to come back around for another backwards spinning attack. As he did so, he grunted aloud throwing all of his strength into his blade. Stepping forward to follow her retreat, he looked up at his target only to stare directly into her glowing eyes. Suddenly Lida began to scream.
"aaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" It was bloodcurdling, and caused Misuto to stop in his tracks and grab hold of his own head. The water from the ice-katana still moved with momentum towards the girl's face and would spray her with a thick mist.
"WHATTT. THEEE. ********!!!!" Lida screamed in Misuto's head. It was like someone screaming at the top of their lungs right next to your ear, only, this was -inside- his head. He had his back to the girl and crouched down without thinking. He couldn't think, Lida screaming in a mixture of surprise, pain, panic and rage broke any train of thought the boy had. Misuto had forgotten about the girl, but Lida hadn't. Lida had never been manipulated by anyone or anything outside of Misuto's body directly. This pissed her the ******** off. The Undine's power quickly went out of control and caused the sea itself to rear up and crash against the girl. Mika might have blocked off Misuto's power, but he didn't have a lot of power to begin with. Misuto was two in one person.
Quote: "What do you want from me?" Misuto barely heard this, and Lida couldn't give a s**t less what this girl had to say. It was as if the girl had backhanded Lida across the face. Lida's sanity was unstable as it was... and this kind of stimulus was all that was needed to send her into a crazy rage. Misuto stood up slowly, lowering his hands limply to his sides. It looked as if the guy was standing up leisurely, all signs of hostile action gone. He slowly turned around, eyes closed. He took a few steps forward with a sort of side-to-side stride to them. The ebony shirt of chainmail blew in the sea's wind and sounded like windchimes, making the scene so peaceful it was surreal. He kept walking closer to Mika, slowly, lazily, without speaking a word. Rayne Bloodstone
Mika watched him carefully when he dropped to the sand and started to hold his head. Had she hurt him using Negation? It had never harmed anyone before and she has used it several times in fights against other with powers like his and even ones who use simple magick. She moved to the side slightly and tried to get a glimpse of his face to see if he was in any pain.
But why should she care? He had just tried to practically kill her and it seemed like he didn't care at at all when he atacked. She had done nothing to this boy, had never even met him before and next thing she knew she had a freaking sword made of frozen salt water flying at her face.
Biting her lower lip she tried to reach out to the boy but quickly retracted her hand when he slowly stood up. His hair practically glowed in the moon light as he turned around to face her with his eyes closed. She couldn't tell if he was angry, hurt, sad or what but she really wished he would open his eyes so that she could know what was the matter with him.
"Hey, are...are you alright?"
Though his movements are slow, he started to walk towards her swaying from side to side as if he was drunk or in some kind of trance. A light chimming sound started to ring in her ears as the wind picked up making her short red hair fly around her face. The thunder growling and coming closer to them. She glanced behind her and noticed the thick dark clouds forming, covering the stars and stretching over the ocean.
Mika started to back away from him but she didn't get very far and all she was really doing was getting more dark sand in her clothes. She quickly stood up and stumbled slightly as her shoes sank into the sand from her weight. Eklipse was rasied infront of her for protection and swayed back and forth in the wind slightly.
"Answer me, what do you want from me?"
It seemed as if her simple calls were usless when he didn't react to any of them. He didn't say anything but just kept moving coser and closer to her. She backed away and tried to get him to answer her but it seemed usless.
"Alright, are you mad that I turned your power off?" Though she had a right when he decided to make her a new target board.
He didn't answer, just kept moving closer to her.
"Fine, are you hurt or anything?"
The closer he got to her the more fearful of him she became. A strong feeling of anger started to surround her and chills ran down her spine. Normally she would have attacked him, kicked his or rammed his head into a rock or simply sliced it off. But there was something odd about him. It was as if it wasn't him moving and it wasn't him who is angry at her. What is up with this guy? It felt as if a severly pissed off woman had her hands around her neck and was trying to choke the s**t out of her. One hand flew up to her throat to make sure nothing was there. She backed up a little more as the boy got closer to her but stopped when another large rock blocked her path. Eklipse was raised in the air infront of her.
"Πάρτε μακρυά από με!" She cried out in Greek before letting her weapon fly at the boy.{[-_- I swear this s**t looks longer on paper.. Yus?]}
