same amount of water is true... but I actually think the water would be lower because the sponges wouldn't be taking up space.

Dogs Are Angels...i bet the water rises because of the number of whales being born, not the polar ice caps melting, ice caps have been falling apart for years, they'll come back im sure, its the banning of whaling! now whales' fatness are taking up more space & the waters are rising!!! lol just thought id throw that out there. i dunno if sponges absorb down there all i know is that they suck in particles for food :3...With FUR!!!
