When I went to a Gamestop to buy Star Wars: Force Unleashed, the guy at the counter told me that it's better for the 360 than the Wii. I don't have a 360 or a PS3, so I risked buying it for Wii. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was for the other two systems, as the price was quite a bit lower, but I didn't expect it to be lacking a huge amount that the other two systems had. skip the first two paragraphs if you want to get right to the gameplay.
Anyway, onto the review. I tried to start playing campaign mode right off the bat, but got confused very quickly so decided to do the tutorial. Turns out that it's a rather complex game that involves interesting combos that look really awesome. Moving on, you start as Darth Vader who went to Kashyyk to kill a jedi that was sighted there. You blast your way through a bunch of wookies, then fight the jedi. It's obvious in the first level that a good amount of gameplay is using force powers, so the game title has a fitting name. Anyway, I'm going to make this quick and say that vader killed the jedi and took his son as an apprentice after sensing incredible power within him.
The storyline then skips time to a scene with the apprentice (who'se name is never mentioned, and is known by the codename 'starkiller') bowing to Vader. Vader gives him a mission to kill a jedi as his first true test, so he leaves with his new Pilot, Juno, and his protocoll droid, Proxy. I'm not going to get too deep into the storyline, so I'll just go over controls and gameplay.

What's really fun about this game is that to attack with your lightsaber, you slash the Wiimote around. Force push is also quite entertaining, as you thrust the nunchuck forward. Later in the game, you unlock combos that you can use after slashes to throw enemies and shock them. Your force powers are lightning, push, and grip, which are all useful and in some cases vital throughout the game. When you kill an enemy, you get force points which you can use to buy upgrades for the force powers and combos you get. Throughout the levels, you can find holocrons that consist of concept art, new force powers, health increases, and force power increasment. You can also find new lightsaber crystals which change the color of your lightsaber and new hilts. Unfortunately, there is no black lightsaber crystal in the Wii version like there is in the ps3/360 versions.
