So I was thinking of taking clear fake nails and making cute little things out of sculpey and then glue those to the nails.
Do you think this would work?

It's a cute idea and one I haven's arrempted myself before.
From working a little bit with sculpey I can tell you it goes burn easly and you have to be sure to keep smaller peices we watched.
Fake nails are plastic (?) and can melt ig you try to bake the sculpey onto them. The sculpey can also shrink in the baking process.
I encourage you to try out your craft, but try maing the little items first, bake them, then glue them to your fake nails.
