THEIR ADDONS?
I D/LED THE NEW ONES FROM CURSE THAT WERE MADE LIKE 2-3 DAYS AGO AND LOADED THEM INTO MY ADDONS FOLDER,
BUT WHEN I GO TO WOW AND CHECK MY LIST OF ADDONS IT'S STILL THE OLD ONES THAT ARE OUT DATED WHICH I TURNED OFF SINCE THEY DONT WORK,
I EVEN MESSED WITH THE LOAD OUT OF DATES BOX CHECK AND NOTHIN...
ANYONE HAVING THE SAME PROB OR HAVE A WAY TO FIX THIS?

DELETE EVERYTHING. Except for the addons that start with Blizzard_
Then REINSTALL EVERYTHING.
Make sure the addons you're downloading are Wrath compatible.
Fixes everything.

Well, replacing them while the game is open won't let them update. You have to close WoW and reopen it for the addon updates to take effect. Karn's answer is wrong, you don't honestly have to delete everything unless they went to a whole new system (like 1.x addons won't work with 2.x WoW. If they moved up to 3.x WoW, then she is correct, you will need to delete everything.)

Also need to keep in mind if it's vista/XP you're running. Vista seems to have this thing where the entire game is moved to a public folder, so your mods are located in a different folder.

I'm running Vista, and none of my s**t worked after the patch, even when I deleted select addons + installed the updated versions, until I did what I suggested. Then again my addons folder was HUGE, so some things might have gotten out of control there. I'd still recommend it, just make a list of the ones you really want and redownload the updated ones as soon as they're out of your recycle bin.
Also as a side note, my boyfriend's account has a glitch where whenever he logs into one of his characters (doesn't matter which one), ALL of his keys are unbound. So he has to reset them all to default.
I have ONE keybinding on every character but my rogue, and that was unbinding itself for awhile...but seems to have fixed itself. Anyone know what the problem is with my bf's keybindings, or lack thereof?

OK I NOTICED THAT MY FOLDER DID MOVE INTO A PUBLIC FOLDER LIKE SCARLET HAD MENTIONED AND IT DIDNT TAKE THE ADDONS FOLDER OR THE WTF FOLDER, SO I MOVED THEM INTO THE NEW PUBLIC FOLDER AND I SET THE ADDONS AND ALL THAT JAZZ WHILE IT WAS THERE,
IM SURE THE ADDONS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH WRATH CUZ MY FRIEND HAS THE SAME ONES IN HIS GAME,
STILL NOTHING HAS WORKED,
IM ABOUT TO TRY WHAT KARN HAS SUGGESTED AND ERASE ALL THE ONES THAT I ADDED AND INSERT THE NEW ONES TO SEE IF THAT WILL WORK,
BUT OUT OF CURIOSITY DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHY MY OLD LIST STILL SHOWS UP IN MY ADDONS LIST IN THE GAME? I'VE ERASED THEM ALL AND HAVE NO OLD ONES BUT THE LIST OF OLD MODS ARE STILL UP THERE...ANY CLUES?

That's because you have two addon files.
I found this out too. Probably from deleting the game and then re-adding it.
Try going into /:C, then program files, then User -> Public -> Games -> WoW -> Interface -> Addons
instead of
Program Files -> WoW -> Interface
Otherwise if you can search for Addons/Interface in your /:C drive, then the one with the old addons.
