However if you wish to add members to your crew who are of a higher rank than you, then they will automatically be the crew leader. If you want to have someone in your crew who is the same rank as you, and they agree to join your crew, if you're the one creating the crew then you are still the crew leader.]

[b]New Applicant Status:[/b] [Open or Closed. Basically, is your crew open to new applicants, or is it a closed crew, meaning you only want the people listed in the Recruits field below to be in your crew.]
[b]Recruits[/b] [List the names of the people you want in your crew. The max crew size is 10 people. People should be in this clan if you want them to be in your crew. However, if they are not, simply show them the link to this clan, and have them join. It's easy. =] If you don't really know who you want to be in your crew, you can wait for people to apply to your crew.]

You should talk to the people you want to join your crew beforehand. They have the right to reject joining your crew even if they are of a lower rank than you. People that are currently in a crew that want to join another, or create their own crew should speak to their Crew Leader's first and inform them of their desire before taking action.

Anyone can apply to join a specific crew. The Crew Leader must accept or decline applications to his or her own crew. If you have a higher rank than a crew leader, the crew leader reserves his right to accept or reject your application, for if you are accepted, you will become the crew leader.
All applications should simply be posted in this thread.
