I'm back just to report on what I've been doing in the clans of battle subforum. Lately, my clan the Knights Templar has really been doing well, on top of that my clan comprised of atheists, satanists, christians, muslims, US Soldiers, are alliances with many clans.
It seems as if the Christian influence is really changing our members to understand the relevance of his work in my life.
It's amazing what happens on Gaia. Actually, it's funny I was talking to a member of mine who is an atheist who was in the Extended Discussion when Grow Gaia 4 Christ happened. You have no clue where God is placing Not To Us in Gaia, in life, and all over.
I agree, Not to Us is dying but it's members have became disciples for him all over the world.
So, that's the recent testimony. Keep up the good work peeps. ^_^

If God places you guys all over the place why can't he just say "HEY! Revive your guild! Advertise your guild! Get the members back in here!!"?

Ecclesiastes 3 comes to mind:
1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
Maybe this is our time to scatter as the disciples scattered across Asia Minor. They spread the good news to others. Or maybe this guild will yet revive. Either way - God will continue to work in our lives, and to use us as we allow. God bless!

Actually, you know what, the lack of desire in me is less now than it was then. The truth is that I have been going through some rough spiritual paths, and that being so, I was unable to pour out anything into this guild. I may still be going through this tunnel I'm in, but like I said, the desire is beginning to come back. biggrin There may still be hope!!!

Remember the 23rd Psalm -
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. "
God doesn't promise us easy paths - instead He promises to be with us, even during "rough times".

" God doesn't promise us easy paths - instead He promises to be with us, even during "rough times". Well, yes, but this was a different kind of rough situation. It had more to do with my own sinful habits, which began to harden my heart and distance me from God. Not that God moved away, rather I began to.

Actually, I don't usually think of verses like Even though I walk through the valley... or anything like that.
I think of Psalms 107. And maybe this is just the fact that I got done eating the most amazing dinner of my life yesterday. But the emphasis of Psalms 107, which I got to teach 6th graders last week... was to Give Thanks. David sings a song of thanks even though his enemies surround him, he may never see his family again and Saul wants his head. He's in this little cave, and he says "Give Thanjks." It's not something Jesus or God said... it was this guy who had committed adultery, sinned over and over, heck gone against God in commandments...
But when it all came down to it, he said "Give Thanks. His love endures forever."
I'm not an expert with scripture, and I go through very hard times Mike. I'm sure we all do.
I'm glad you think this is a tunnel, because there is always a light on the other end of that tunnel.
Let me be you're encouragement... whatever's going on, you are loved and you'll be supported by this community.
