Rest your voice, especially if you think it might be from sceaming. You're throat is damaged and needs rest to heal itself. Avoid soda and lemon juice, not good for your throat. Tea is really good, especially if you think you're getting sick. Echinacea can help boost your immune system, I usually live off of that stuff right before a show just to be safe, and throat coat will help it heal by giving it a nice protective covering. But mostly, try to minimize talking for a few days to give your vocal chords a chance to heal. They don't like screaming, it's really hard on them. I could go into the physics of it, but that would take up too much time and just confuse people, so I'll just say that it doesn't make them happy. Now they need some time to rest and recuperate. When/if you're practicing for the audition, make sure you give yourself a long, slow warm-up. Start out with just soft humming with comfortable scales within your range and work up from there. Really take your time warming up, it will help to preserve your voice and keep your vocal chords happier. The happier your vocal chords, the better off you are. If you think you're getting sick, make sure to take really good care of yourself over the next few days. If you give your immune system plenty of room to work, it might be able to kill whatever bug is getting to you. Though, if it is strep throat, then you should see a doctor and get antibiotics for it. Left untreated, strep can migrate down into the heart. Of course, this is only if it's actually the streptococus bacteria, a lot of times people label things as strep they're they're not actually, kind of like the flu doesn't always mean Influenza.
I'll stop babbling now. Rest your voice. Drink Tea. Get lots of Sleep.

Rest your voice for a week, and do anything you would to recover from a cold.
That's just about your best chance of getting better. x_x;
