`I'd recommend that you get a couple more crew members, so members can be invited quicker, and as the guild grows, it might help to already have mods you know you can absolutely rely on
`Perhaps you should put an advertisement in Why Not: there's a sub-forum called SOA - Shops and other advertising which is specifically there for, yup, you guessed it, advertisements. That might attract new members.
`You should make the front page more interesting with bbcode and what not, so the guild looks more appealing. People like colour (:
