I'm a lvl 31 wizard ice/lightning
and I have no idea where to train. ;'(
The only thing I do is killing teddies @ Terrace hall..

Carnival is great fun for your level. You can't kill much but if you have a good partner even a failing grade will help you level. If you're on Mardia I'll gladly take you to Carnival.

I trained my i/L from 31 - 35ish in Orbis Tower.
Then from there I trained at fire boars (This was before CPQ came out though). Then after that, I started training at sakura cellions after I had maxed ice and med.
[Which was around level 43/44]. xD
But yeah. CPQ is pretty good once you're in the late 40's.
Although if you're patient and like to grind, sakura cellions are an excellent way to make money while you're training there. Guaranteed to get you at LEAST 1.5 mil a week. (:
