Those 'Halloween Dragons'/'Zombie Dragons' are called 'Undead'.
This is what I heard in the forums,I dunno if its true:
Undeads existed in DC a long time ago.If you kill an egg/hatchling,and the dragon in the egg/hatchling survives,you will get an undead.The reason TJ remove the undead because a lot of players kill eggs to get the undead.
I'm not sure that the Undead that redds posted is the real one.I remembered seeing a replacement of an undead at the DC forums,in the sprite replacement project.
How I wished that TJ could release the Undeads again!^_^

Redds Those were part of the old set of pixels that belonged to games. I managed to find a set of them;  It's the one above the blue yoshi. Personally, I liked the old red and grey dragon better :/ The new ones are not done very well. Not that I can do pixels.
It would be lovely if TJ releases a Halloween-exclusive this year.

Pa Tone That's been said already. And Salvete, all the sprites have been replaced, except the Paper and Christmas. Really? Whoops. *smacks self in the head* Oh well xd I think somewhere in this guild there is a collection of all the new sprite images including the zombie but I don't remember.

Oh, that halloween dragon looks awesome. The hatchling is a bit meh though.
