Hun they aren't crap!!!
But I know what you should do.
Invest in some drawing manga books they help out a lot.
I reccomend "The Complete Idiots Guide to Drawing Manga" The illustrated version.
It's about $19.95.
It really helped me a lot.

well if you ask me they are not crap, believe me ive seen worsts in gaia, if you want to get better you should work on the body shape, there are lots of great tutorials in DA just check them and practice a lot and you will get better in no time ^^

Do you have any actual manga? If you do, I reccomend you look at those and tech yourself how different parts of anime are drawn.
That's how I learned to draw anime!!
Oh, and your art's not half-bad.
I give it...... *drumroll* 6.9/10!!!

I recently drawn 5 more I'll add them on monday 3 are from zOMG and 1's my avi the other's from bleach ^^
