DB/DBZ/DBGT (all Dragon Ball shows are only the best!), everything on adult swim, everthing on Toonami, and for anime would be, Full Metal Panic, Noir, Chobits, Azu Manga Daioh, The Slayers.

Undecided, been to long sence i seen a truely good anime, although i'd say Lain for now. As for sitcoms, there all good, Everybody Loves Ramond, King of Queens, Friends, etc. But my favorite sitcom is Drew Carry (but not the last session).
