It says irreversible heart stoppage, if it's irreversible how is it able to be used in someone else?

It says that just because it can't be restarted in that person, doesn't mean that it can't be used in another, but how can you be so sure?

It says that just because it can't be restarted in that person, doesn't mean that it can't be used in another, but how can you be so sure? There must be cases where the arteries are malfunctioning and thus the heart stops. But other than that, it sounds like a crap shoot.
