Mood: quixotic & en Tak's box Listening to: an airplane overhead Reading: Tess of the D'Urbervilles Eating: something clever Drinking: I am quite parched
Somewhere along the way, I think a gift for words slipped from my mouth. But then mathematics is beautiful, and chemistry fascinates my mind if not my eyes: why not leave language for their charms? Why not indeed. So much the better to restrain myself within an abstract and quantified freedom. Logic, my forte! My faithful friend. Sublime pleasures - getting into pissing contests with ten-year-old boys, and walking on walls. I live for these. Paradise is decrepit in my part of the world, I will grant. But I do love it.

Eating Something Clever... May I steal that? I adore it.
And I am in love, if not sickly so, with chemistry.

1: Certainly!
2: Likewise. Today my chem teacher said to me, "But WHY are you eating your waffle with a spoon?" It was epic.

For the same reason I eat pudding and ice cream with a fork.

My chem teacher, even though I don't have chemistry anymore crying , asked me the other day...
What did you just do to my pants!? Oh look a stick.

I love how this is becoming a commmon thing. And how mine's ignored.
