Most of the stuff I want is on Wii but every once in a while something comes out on PS3 that I can't get. But usually I know what system it's going to be on before I get too excited.

I have a problem with wanting games to come out of systems that they'll never come out for:

Shining Force 2 for the DS? Haha, like that'll ever happen.
Well, now that it's on the Virtual Console, there might be a downloadable one for the DSi, but like I'm going to waste my money on that. I still play way too many GBA games for me to get rid of the GBA slot :/ Plus, I have a CAMERA for taking pictures, and a laptop with wifi on it for the internet. I don't need my gaming system to do all that for me. I just wanna play my games, gosh darn it!

Has this ever happened to you?

You wait months obsessing over a game that's going to come out soon, read impressions, squeal at every new trailer and when it gets close to releasing time...you find out that it's only for one system and you can't play it because you don't have the system.

That's how it was for Tales of Symphonia for me...and now Tales of Vesperia...what the hell? I am SO unlucky this year and they were saying it was for PS3 too... crying

Is there anyone else you shares a similar pain?

That was Tales of Symphonia and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for a time before I found out the the Wii would be backwards compatible biggrin

My PS2 was being mailed to my dorm from home, and since I couldn't play Tales of the Abyss, I wanted to rent Tales of Vesperia. Then I found out it was for Xbox 360. Then I convinced a friend with an Xbox 360 to rent it! blaugh
