So today I had to do some sprinting and long distance running today, and usually I'm pretty tired after but I was okay afterwards.
I improved my 2k run time by more than a minute and ten seconds =)
What do y'all do for exercise? Or are you lacking?

Woot! :3 Way to go on the improvement thing.
I personally dislike running for fitness, it's just.. boring to me. ('Specially since my MP3 player died, so I'd have nothing to motivate me to keep going.)
Right now I do: - p90x thing, About an hour workout, reeeally kicks your a**. I thought the thing was a joke until I tried it. @_@ I'm left sore and tired every time. - I play tag/four-square/basketball with friends at a park that I bike up to 5 days of the week. - I liek dancing. I do it alot, and for extended periods of time. When I'm not jumping around like a fool, I've been trying to learn samba and Belly dancing for the fitness (and fun) factor.
So me no lacky. :3
I've found if I don't do any exercise these days, I don't sleep. It's not fun.
