Chath was sure his face was beat red, even if he was brown now he felt that his face must be perminantly red. He never really thought on such things before. Kids? More than one? Did he even want kids? He was silent for a while his face deep in thought.
"I..don't know. I like kids....but never really thought about having my own." He replied after a moment, he also wasn't sure if he would be capably of having kids in the first place... well the act of having a child. But then again...they both were male...so he guessed he wouldn't have to worry much on that.
"I...think I could get use to the idea...I mean once we are older of course!" He rushed as he definately wasn't ready for kids now. "But...uh.." he wasn't sure if he wanted to broach the subject of adoption....
"Unless...you wanted them now...." He said after another moments pause, he looked to Geia and took a deep swallow. "I...I...could...support your dream..as best as I can.." He finished fidgeting on the spot. He was not sure what he was getting himself into.

Ligeia was rather glad that this sort of conversation that they were having in a rainy enviroment. He had a feeling that if they had talked about this on another, warmer day that Chath might have passed out by now...
"You don't need to worry Chath, I don't want you to get me in the family way right this very moment." Not that it were possible but he couldn't help but tease. The newt seemed so out of sorts by the idea of children, both of having them and by some strange miracle having them now.
He leaned back on the bench to rest his elbows on the table, looking out into the rain, "Its something I want someday, not necessarily soon but sometime in the future.

Chath swallowed as he nodded his head, thinking that far ahead in the future he wasn't sure what exactly he wanted. He had goals...but really only thing he cared about was staying with Ligeia.
"Well...as long are you are in my future, we can plan things as we go along." He responded giving the owl another kiss on the cheek before moving to stand up and stretching.
"You know...I kinda gave up on magic...but...I was wondering if you could...well help me with it? I need something to help against Keir's acid. " He explained as he turned and offered the owl another smile. He had stood cause he felt a strange desire run through his body.
He...had wanted nothing more than than to basically kiss the boy over and over. He wasn't sure where that had come from, and if he didn't know that water plus feathers were a bad combination he would of splashed Geia like a little kid.
A mental image of the boy drenched wet made his face go a tinge pink.

The owl's dark eyes widened slightly, "Really? You shouldn't give up on it." He said, sounding a bit surprised at the idea and then gave a nod of his head, "I would love to help you out, might as well put all the practice I put in to good use."
He watched as Chath stood up, looking a bit flushed and wondered if he were just in need of a dousing because they were sitting to close and talking about what the had been? He couldn't help but smile a little, "Just tell me when you want to do it and we will." Referring to the Magic Lessons, having no idea where Chath's mind was currently.

The newts face went pink again at the Owl's comment, though he KNEW it was in reference to the magic lesson, with his current frame of mind he felt dirty. He knew Ligeia had wanted to wait, not that...he was ready at all. Curious, but not ready for that step in the relationship. He couldn't help but have his mind constantly in the gutter it would seem.
"Ah..yah you know I would like that...a lot. Magic is just so ...foreign to me...I mean i can summon it..but it takes a lot out of me." He responded as he paced a bit back and forth enjoying the rain on his skin.
He had been wondering as of late if they would even be able to stay close together....with his sensitive skin it made everything difficult. Finally he stopped himself from pacing and went back to sit beside the owl. He took the boys hand in his and gave it a bit of a squeeze.
"And..you know..if you need anything at all...you can just ask me okay?" He murmured feeling as if he should offer the boy something in return for the help. Though it sounded a bit lewd...and his flushing face didn't help matters.

Ligeia nodded, "I understand that feeling, there are a lot of spells I want to try but it takes a lot out of me to trying to master them." He didn't like that at all, he wanted to build up his stamina so that he could cast more spells and be able to keep a spell up for longer...
He blinked a couple times, a thoughtful look appearing on his face, "Do you think I could work out with you?" He asked of Chath, "I mean... I know I am weak but maybe if I did I could build up more stamina and that way I would be able to cast better too."
The owl had no idea if the newt would even want to have him along, Chath was so much stronger... when it came to anything physical training wise the owl knew that he was weaker then most. It bothered him but at the same time battle wasn't want he cared about, his heart was in his magic... but if he had to do better at the former to master the latter he would do his best.

Chath beamed as Ligeia asked to join him working out. Even if it was a bit repitive to him, it had become habit to jog every morning to help maintain and build his own stamina.
"Yes of course! If you wanted we could jog together. Excercise...at least cardio is a good way of building stamina." he started it was obvious he was excited about the idea of them working out together.
"We could alternate! One day work on magic another on the more physical stuff." He continued he looked forward the excitement in his face, he then returned his gaze to Ligeia, he reached a hand up to brush the hair out of the Owl's face.
"I would love to spend more time with you..." He murmured his face going a bit red before he then retracted his hand in a hurried manner.
"Ah..I'm sorry..er...my skin is all wet...I didn't mean to get you wet too.." He hurriedly explained.

Ligeia couldn't help but feel excited as well, it seemed that Chath being so thrilled about the idea fed the owls own feelings. He gave a little flutter of his wings and nodded, "That sounds fair, that way we will both get training where we need it." It would help him feel more confident since they would each have something they were good at and something they weren't so good.
"I look forward to it." He said, tilting his head against the hand that was brushing back his hand not seeming so much to mind the dampness since it was on his skin and not his feathers, "Its alright, I promise I won't melt if I get wet." He assured the newt. He could deal with water it just wasn't among his most favorite things...
He found himself looking a little unsure for a moment, wondering if maybe he should try to get over his dislike of water since Chath loved it so much. Chath felt the same about the water as Ligeia himself felt about the sky... he really should try to give it a second chance he thought as he looked out into the rain... Just not today.

The newt was very excited by the idea of spending more time together, though he smiled sheepishly as Geia promised he wouldn't melt if he got a bit wet.
"Y..eah, but..with your feathers I doubt you would enjoy getting damp...it must really get heavy." He murmured looking over the beautiful feathers a moment.
"Unfortnuately I think I would shrivel up if I didn't get a constant supply of water...my skin tends to dry out quickly.." He laughed as he pcitured mentally a dried up version of himself.
"I think i would look like a mummy...you know like those dried up pharaohs? " He joked even thought he subject was rather serious. Though he himself knew he wouldn't end up like that. He fiddeled with his sandal balancing it on a toe as he flipped it and it landed with a wet splat onto the ground. He allowed his webbed toes to then sink into the muddy grass enjoying the feeling of it.
He seemed to be distracting himself....from what...only his mind knew.
"U..u.m.....yo.u ...know...l..last time....? Uh,..." He rubbed the back of his neck as he tried to come up with words that made sense.
"Um....we...I ..think...we...were...uh...." He continued to stammer before finally fixing the owl a look;
"Y..ou said you wanted to wait ...right?"

"Somewhat, it made me look a little silly when I was trying to learn to swim too... me kind of flailing about in the pool." He said with a bit of a laugh. He might be able to swim well enough to save himself but he would much rather avoid the situation all together if possible.
"Ahh... really?" He murmured, having a momentarily mental image of what a dehydrated Chath might look like and it had his dark eyes going quite wide, "Well... its good you always have your water bottle with you."
Ligeia tilted his head, listening as Chath started to stutter about whatever thought came to mind and the owl ended up turning a bit red in the cheeks when he realized why, "Ahh... y-yes... I hope that is alright..." He said, lifting a hand to hide behind. There was very little that caused him to be shy these days, having bloomed into being quite a social creature as he grew... Chath seemed pretty good at getting him blushing and shy though.
And with very few words as that.
