Eid mubarak to all the muslims who have fasted throughout the entire month of ramadan... i know the 29-30 days were hard... but the eid day is totally worth it dont ya think??
to all those who are unaware...
the best way to explain Eid is... well its kinda like Christmas... we get loads of gifts... tons of money [for those of us who are lucky]... and most of all we get a chance to go visit all our friends and relatives...
so its kinda like thanksgiving and christmas put together lol
but the best part is... eid comes 2 times in a year for the muslims... so we get 2x's the gifts and stuff xP lol
i was asked why i posted this on the forums...
the answer is simple...
to raise awareness
a thing, which is undoubtedly missing in our society
for those living in a diverse nation as America, or for those who live in the most remote areas around the world...
awareness is the greatest way out of ignorance as well as hatred
not being a muslim to a christian
or a christian to a jew
or a jew to a hindu
or etc...
but being humans and understanding the different ways of life for people...
and coming together for the single purpose for the preservation of our species
anyway... this has gotten TOO deep and TOO serious lol
sry about that lol
anyway... happy eid to you all [because its a holiday of joy meant for the world]
and for those of you who celebrate other holidays... happy holidays to you all as well!!
