Yes, almost all you other guys have one, so I figure "what the hell, I'll give it a shot." Let's just hope this will keep me at least somewhat active in the guild...

Monday, October 3rd, 2005Wooooo, I hit 35 on my cleric tonight. Having just leveled, it was necessary to complete the pilgrimage. After every level up, I venture as deep into Ant Tunnels as possible. Today, I got raped by a Tauromacis, or whatever it is. It was a new record. I even managed to hit it for about 150! biggrin Sure, nowhere near enough to kill it, but I actually HIT it. But damn, that ******** wouldn't let up. Even after I tried to scamper up a rope, he still used that blasted magic attack to pwn me. On the pic, you can even see my frantic last attempts to type "OH GOD!" He did 700 damage to me! My God, totally pwned. I broke 2 grand MP, too. biggrin There's also a few pics from the adventures of a few other characters, including a shweet glitch I learned in Hunting Grounds I. Maybe I'll post details on it in my next entry. Well, I didn't play for long today, probably only 30 minutes or so. But, I did decide to move onto Jr. Wraithes. Not bad for level 35. .04% compared to .02% off undead shrooms is a very welcome change. Plus, I've been getting really tired of Ant Tunnels.
On a side note, why is it called Ant Tunnels? What kind of ******** ant is big enough to dig those tunnels? eek

I promised details on the glitch in my next post, so here they are. It's really a simple glitch. All you need is 1 pet food, a character, and a keyboard, two of which I'm really hoping you already have. The pet food, however, I doubt. To get that, just go to that fat, little man next to the Henesys potion shop. It's a mere 30 mesos, so I figure it's well worth it to confuse the hell out of people.
All you do is take that single pet food and equip it to any key you want. Mine is spacebar, since I didn't already have anything there, and it's easy to reach. Once assigned, go to that rope at the top of Hunting Grounds I and start climbing. As soon as you start clinging to that rope, tap the assigned key like crazy. Don't let up. Once you're sure you're past the point at which you warp, you can stop. Congratulations, you can now climb up to that platform up top. Sure, there's nothing there, but it's still cool to be able to get there.
Now that you've reached your own personal cloud 9, feel free to rain death on the green shrooms from above. By "death", I, of course, mean "yourself". Don't worry, jumping won't make you warp, I've tested it. However, if you try to climb down the rope, you'll warp at the warp point.
So, yes, enjoy confusing not only newbies, but even some veterans.
