30 days of night was a really awsome movie...but the comicbook is WAY better. the comic hasn't ended and they ended the movie so it'll be impossible to make a sequel. wich is a shame.. because it would be really nice.
yet, i say: read the 30 days of night commicbooks! any of your local comicbookstores in US and CA should have them (we bought ours in toronto ^_^)
but i also like comedy vampire: Exuse me but your teeth are in my neck, is one example. I just love it! heart if you haven't seen it, you should. I mean, you can't take everything too seriously.. I think polansky was in it also.... *ponder*

My favourite Vamp movie is a battle between the Blade Trilogy or the Underworld movies. Both are awesome in their own ways.

YAY! I'M THE FIRST POST FOR THE NEW DECADE! You know what I say? I say, vampire and human relationships don't work! Yes, Twilight Saga is good, and so is the HBO series True Blood, but I mean, come on! Who are we kidding? Humans are vampires food not friends! Sure, a vampire can have a human friend, but do you really think a relationship between a human and a vampire will last? No.

Hms, I'll start with my top 5 fav vampire movie list: Interview with the Vampire- Anne Rice did a good job on the screenplay. Stephanie Meyer could learn so much from Anne Rice. Like how to give people actual character. >.< I loved Louis in the movie. And not because Brad Pitt made a gorgeous long haired romantic vampire. Though that was a plus XP Queen of the Damned- I admit, the book and movie where totally different. But since I didn't read the book to this one yet, I'm not really angry about it. The soundtrack was amazing and I loved how Aaliyah proved to the wolf she can play a badass character. Plus, my favorite lines ever, simple yet so full of meaning, "Boo" "Boo back.". heart The Lost Boys- Who doesn't love gypsy long haired vampires?? Plus the music on this was great as well. I loved the remake of People are Strange. One of my favorite songs from one of the greatest bands ever:The Doors. I also love the movie because it held a lot of elements: comedy, romance, action etc.30 Days of Night- The movie gave a different perspective to vampires. They weren't beautiful and erotic. They where intelligent and primal. They're strategy tactics where amazing. Plus Josh Hartnet did a good job on the character. I think his potential was realized in this movie.Buffy the Vampire Slayer- No I don't mean the series. I mean the movie with David Arquette or however you spell his name and the guy who played Peewee Herman. Who can't love that movie? It was funny as hell. The extra long death scene was funny.
