"Of the moon?" Squirt repeated, looking up at her curiously. "Like ... seriously? You live on the moon? That's awesome ..."
A slow grin spread across his face. "You know, warmth isn't everything. Sure it's the sun that gives life and warmth and all that jazz, but you can't even look at it! What's the point of that? It's way too strong. No, the moon's the way to go." He nodded certainly, as if he had just come to a decision. "Yeah, moon's better. For sure."
Suddenly he noticed that Star Ocean seemed to be ... trying to hide.
"Hey, you okay?" he asked, his voice filled now with worry. "You look like you're ... melting ..."
He rose in the water and headed out to the rock she was laying on, crawled to the top of it, and sat so that his shadow would fall on her. "There," he said softly, his eyes filled with anxiety. "Is that better?"

She looked up at him. Blinking sort of curiously.. "Why- ah.. Humble gratitude. " She nodded her head and seemed closer in to his shadow. Giving a sigh and letting her ears rise again. The stars floating in her fur were dimming and almost not seen now that the sun was full on the ground.
"I don't live on the moon. I live in the floating city." She pointed up. "City of Wisps." She smiled some.. and looking up longing. "I come down here sometimes when the sun is out.. since the floating city- all that reigns in the morning are the sun children." Shrugging she played with some of the water a koi floated up.. small. With colors of red and white and black. She smiled and circled her finger around it.
"And im sure your not extremely native to these parts?"
