His name is Maito Gai not Might Guy
Maito Gai ＝まいと がい
Might Guy ＝ みｇｈｔ ぐｙ
Might guy can not be written in hiragana, katakana, or kanji, therefore it's incorrect and the actual name is Maito Gai
Anywho, Gai would have won hands down, even with samehada, kisame couldn't use it against gai who's chakra overwhelms the samehada, not to mention gai's speed and strength. Don't get me wrong, kisame is cool, he's just not as good as gai. Atleast, not in that fight, as that's not actually kisame, that's a sacrificed body under a jutsu that mimics the users appearance and uses his/her jutsu's.

kisame would win. and accutally they fought 2 times once when kisame and itachi went to the leaf village and when had the delay them from reaching the hideout to save garra.
if kisame and guy did fight 1 on 1 then it would kisame he has alot of chakra and i dont even we've seen the full range of kisame's abitllies.
