Disclaimer : Is reference to new US episode played on September 23
It's kind of a little thing , but when you know about it , you notice little things like that . The patient says that she was " practically blind" when she had 20/200 vision . I have that measurement in my good eye , and while it counts as legally "blind" in the US , I would say , it's no where near being completely or even close to blind. Even 20/400 ( my bad eye) I'd still be able to get around and be able to see people and objects , more fuzzy yes but still not really close to blind. The only way that I could see it being "practically blind" is if she had tunnel vision because then your vision field is limited. *Note for those who don't know about 20/ measurement. The first number is almost always 20 (unless you have better then normal vision) . The 2nd number is how far a normal sighted person can stand to see the exact same image. So with 20/200 if I stand 20 feet away a normal sighted person would see the same thing 200 feet away. This only relates to distance.

The writers are running out of ideas. How many cases can House actually solve before they all become Lupus?
