I hate to say it but there won't be a 3rd movie. crying
The reason why is because the reviews for the 2nd movie were not so great, and the most of the fans were disapointed in Japan. There wasn't supposed to be a 2nd movie anyway, and the 2nd one wasn't as good as the first one. sweatdrop ninja mrgreen

NANA 2 was not good enough.... I do´nt like it.
Many Movies 1 are good but movies 2 are ...

I wouldn't mind a third movie.
However, I would be disappointed if there was no second season of the anime.
