Age: 19? One cannot be sure, due to the nature of her creation/aging. Sexually mature.

Description: Jan catches looks everywhere she goes. This is probably because she's about 6'3" now, with hair a blonde so pale it's almost white, and an amazon-like body. Before developing the high, firm breasts and strong curves she has to be near-nude for one to see, she was often confused for an extremely pretty boy. This thought didn't particularly bother her, and while not transgendered per say, she finds no use for gender distinctions. Being confused for a male has never disturbed the strange girl, and among her friends and race, Jan was thought of on a level all her own, and her clothes and gender-bending ways never commented on in a harsh light.
As for now, her fast-growing hair is cut to slightly below her chin, and a tattoo of leafy vines has found its way from her stomach and side all the way up to caress her throat. As for her face and coloring... Well, Jan had always regarded herself as boring, as the other children of her kind came in a wide aray of colors and markings. Blue, green, orange hair, Grey skin, yellow skin, black skin... However, her friends and others around her know that she's quite gorgeous [and that is what her name means] if not remarkable in non-human terms. Her skin is a dusky tan from working in the sun a lot, yet still quite pale, and she is covered with brown freckles [that, in itself is strange, for her race, and until a recently born babe, she was the only one to have them]. Her eyes are an equally dark, sincere brown, and the only thing marring her face are two matching thin scars, one on each cheekbone. Also on her cheeks are three white triangular markings. Birthmarks, of a sort.
Jan's limbs are long, strong and capable, her stride long and sure, and her demeanor comforting and sincere. This girl has lied once in her life and it was to protect another. Her character traits show in how she carries herself, and those around her often instinctively trust her, knowing she is older than she looks. A reincarnation of the past. Gentle, still Jan is no longer pushed around, and often doesn't smile, face expressionless until she feels safe or forgets herself in the moment. Scars of a time past.
Jan's clothing style has gone for somewhat complicated to rather simple in a short number of years. Previously, she dressed somewhat bohemian, and remnants of that still last in her earthy necklaces and anklets. However, now she cares more about use rather than looks and is often in naught but torn, old, worn, paint/dirt/blood splattered jeans and a tank-top. She binds her chest often, for a job she has to cross-dress for, and still is adverse to shoes, though she can often be found in leather flip flops or sandles. Her ears are festooned with piercings, and she keeps one in her tongue and both eyebrows as well.

Personality: Oh, Jan. I wish I could gather the testimonials about this girl! [I have been roleplaying her since 2004] Whom ever gets Jan is receiving a treasure, that is to be sure. There are plenty who would date her, but she, alas, hasn't felt a mutual connection with many, and those she has felt for have been, in some way, unobtainable.
Just like anyone, her behavior shifts depending on who she's with. Jan is actually quite moody, though few are close enough to the musician and gardener to know that. By herself, with her plants, with small children or animals who adore her, or when pleasantly surprised, her smile is like the sun, her bright soul shining through with a startled, appreciative laugh. To outsiders and friends she's no longer close with, the blonde is shy, quiet, observant. However, the way those traits manifest is to make her look strong, independent... Cool. Jan appears generally unbothered by the world, unless one looks into her eyes.
The girl is highly sensitive and honest, loyal and flawed. Gardening is her passion and her abilities make it easy for her to accomplish her tasks with the earth. While gentle, she hasn't hesitated in the past to use her strength to back up her position and has rescued a friend or two, as well as her plants. She's a smart girl with a curious country/southern accent.
Jan is... A stone waiting to be melted, as she was in her youth. Perhaps like a dam, when open, its waters flood with a passion.
