Okay. So I can't remember if it was in this guild or The Black Tower one, so I'm posting this in both. We were discussing Moghedien's use of Complusion on Nynaeve and Elayne and her asking about the Ter'angreal in their rooms. And why Elayne and Nynaeve said they didn't have any in their rooms.
Someone said that they wondered where the additional Dreamworld rings were at that time. Well, the answer is nowhere. When Moghedien asked about the ter'angreal, Elayne had yet to attempt to make one. So there we have it.

Close. It was on the necklace she was wearing. And that was the original ring, as well.

It was Elayne, I believe. They were in Tanchico at that time, and Egwene didn't need it at that time, as she was in the Aiel Waste learning how to Dreamwalk with the Wise Ones.
