I came up with a new plot so stay by guys while me and Dazza works out the details. heart
I'm having a bit of stress and stuff I'm dealing with but I need to start working on this. This can be changed or added too, just listing the basics now. If you have any ideas post away, first three post of this thread will be what we came up with though
Basically we're doing flat sales they sell for 2k each.
You design everything, keep it a little simple and Winter themed.
There will be gifts you color cause these won't open till Christmas.
We'll upload them in under event in the photo bucket account.
Now here is a kicker for now before I add more the way I need you to label them.
Use your name or initials followed with numbers.
Alexina would be.
A1 - (for the first one)
A2 - (second, etc)
for names like Kiara Lime she can use Either K or KL
That's for the actual boy, for the gifts it's close BUT you add a G
so for me it would be
AG1:
This isn't a required event to do but we are HIGHLY requesting everyone try to do at least 5. You have a few months to plan etc. Leave cosplays out of this secret Santa event.

It seems everyone is coming up with wonderful ideas for Christmas so after some chats with Dazza it's pretty much go with what ever you wish to do.
I'm posting my idea here and if you want to do a few just follow up on the set up I have below.
Note: ALL bottles MUST be done by Jan 1st if you agree to do this, no exceptions so don't sell or promise more than you can do. I like my events to be crystal clear and done on time if all possible.

Rundown:
You are selling blank bottles, and you allow the customers to design them. From these designs or such you make a plush that will come out of that bottle. It's pretty simple and easy to do.
The buyers need to know not all decorations stick these aren't customs
It's like if they play with them in water a lot the plush may have water markings or may just like water
Same with flower patches
The decorates are just to give the artists ideas.
Rules:
-Bottles MUST be open before if not on Jan 1st
-Not all designs or items added to or around the bottle by the owner has to be added. It's up to you to pick and chose.
-The bottle must be posted by the person and designs/ideas must be posted in the christmas tree thread.
-The person who won or bought the bottle MUST be the designer, if they want to an a To/From tag to it that's fine, or give it to another once the plush is out that's alright too.
-When a bottle is bought it MUST be paid for within 24 hours or can be resold.
