My legs are still sore from a workout I did on Thursday. D: And I've been drinking a TON of water, but still sore. Blah.

Maybe do some gentle stretches to help remove the lactic acid?
I had to do a circuit in my gym class yesterday, so my abs and quads are sore. D:

I feel your paaaain. D: I ran a mile for gym class Wednesday, got a schedule change into a different class, then had to run it again. XD;; I was sore for the whole day.... o.o Summer made me so out of shape. .__.
