Seeing as this is an eternally growing, developing, expanding guild in every sense, I'm always looking for more top-notch, mega-awesome crew members to help Burn become an even more kick a** guild than it already is blaugh Ideal crew is competent, dedicated, literate, drama-free, active, generous & kind, & can really bring something to Burn.

Please only fill out the application if you're serious about being an active crew member here. Most of our crew members are only active in the guild for a week or two after they're promoted, which is a huge waste of our effort & time. If you think that there's a chance that you might be one of those crew members who'd only be active for a short while, please do not fill out the form. Thank you.
All crew applications I receive are subsequently forwarded to the the top 2-5 Crew Members at the time with my comments added below your application. Each of those five people will reply to me & give me their feedback & opinions on your application. If myself &/or the majority of the crew members listed above think you should be promoted to Burn, then that's exactly what will happen. If you don't hear back from me on your application, that means that you weren't accepted to be a new crew member.
