Fried Rice
Recipe By: Lil Cute Stranger

Sorry for the lack of measurements but it's easy to eyeball it. And it's really hard to mess this recipe up.

What you Need:
2 Large Containers of White Rice
Tbsp. Butter
Soy Sauce
Onion
Carrots
Chives
Sesame Seeds
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions: Dice up all the veggies into very small pieces. Put the onion in a large skillet and start cooking them, as they're cooking, add the carrots. Then add the white rice and butter. Mix it all up. Add the soy sauce (enough to where it turns the rice brown), mix. Once the rice starts to brown, add the chives, sesame seeds, and seasoning. Taste it as your making it and once it tastes all fried and yummy, you'll know it's done.

A couple of questions:
1. How to cut the vegetables? Seems to me small dices would be sufficient.
2. Cooking onions? I'm not sure if I understand correctly. Do you mean like put them into the skillet and let them burn without any grease? Or rather boil them?

This was exactly a couple.

Cut the veggies into small pieces, like you see in fried rice at the chinese restaurants.

and as for the onions, I forget the name for it but put a little bit of butter in the saucepan, and put the diced onions in there until they get a little brown-ish.

Good! I'm glad to see that you are using leftover rice. Most people think that using fresh rice will get the same result and oh how wrong they are! It just turns into a big mess!
