Sasori Clan Crew Member Information
Positions available: role-play moderator, general discussion moderator, bump moderator, contest moderator, advertising & invite representative, and assistant moderator. All of these job titles will be described in the next post.
A crew member:
- must have a great understanding of the Rules and Guidlines, which include all Gaia ToS.
- must have great English/writing skills.
- must be able to administer warnings in a non-bipartisian way according to Rules and Guidelines.
- must be able to follow directions accurately.
- must have a fair amount of free time available to be an active poster.
- WILL read EVERY post in their assigned forum to inspect for violations of Rules and Guidelines.
Each crew member WILL monitor their assigned form, attend clan meetings, invite new members, advertise the clan in some form, and perform all assigned duties.
ALL crew members must speak with Viro Sasori or Akarui Sasori on any matter concerning a violation of Rules and Guidelines.
A crew member will NOT:
- accept anyone into the clan without prior approval from Viro or Akarui.
- directly invite a person until receiving approval.
- violate Rules or Guidelines or anything listed here.
- change Rules or Guidelines.

Crew Member Job Title Description
Role-play Moderator has been filled by Upcoming_Swell
This person will:
---- monitor the role-playing subforum, which includes making sure all posts are in the correct format. No out-of-character discussion.
---- make sure the Rules and Guidelines are followed within any role-play. This means foul language must be censored, if used at all.
---- make sure any role-play is kept current, otherwise it must be deleted.
---- follow everything listed in the above post.
General Discussion Moderator is Sasori Akasuna-Puppeteer
---- monitor the general discussion subforum, which includes making sure that any post made there pertains to general discussion. No role-playing is allowed on the general discussions forum.
---- follow everything listed in the above post.
---- if there seems to be no activity on the forum, try to create more interest.
---- Alert members to any interesting topics on the Gaia General Discussion and Extended Discussion forums.
assassin-leader-pein has filled this spot. Bump Moderator will monitor the bump forum for any Rules and Guidelines violations, and must follow everything listed in the above post. Alert members to any interesting topics in the Chatterbox.
Contest Moderator
---- monitor the contest forum.
---- create new contests at least bi-monthly.
---- follow everything listed in the above post.
---- alert members to any interesting contest going on currently on the Lotto/Money Games forum in the Gaia Exchange.
Advertising and Invite Representative
---- will advertise the Clan.
---- will invite new members to join the Clan.
---- will follow everything listed in the above post.
---- will send welcome messages to all new members.
Assistant Moderator
---- will help Viro and Akarui monitor all aspects of the Clan.
---- will be 'in charge' anytime Viro or Akarui are not able to perform necessary actions.

All the information provide on the application is reviewed and used to determine the applicant's ability to fulfill all duties required as a crew member.
