spen you wont be seeing that on anyone for a long time. you gotta kill a new lvl 785 boss you can kill over and over after the quest. first you need base shield then you need sigils.
did i mention the boss has 2k hp?
edit:apprantly the shield is used for prayer and magic so dfs is still best shield for melee. the new shields are just magic defence and more prayer bonus.

I have been browsing the sites for drops... I haven't found anything, though they do drop a thing called a "Spirit Shield" but I don't know what it does because people keep CoinSharing it ffs x.x

Sounds neat. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of those shields one day.
