 Life was a lot better for the young air nypth now a days. He missed his family, well, every now and then he did, but things had never been sweeter. Since Don had snatched him away from the clutches of a nymphomaniac mother and a rather rigid father his life had suddenly become a lot more fun! He loved Don's family. Grenth, his beloveds father had scared him slightly at first, he'd seemed so regal and intimidating, but as he'd gotten to know the rather stoic seeming griffin, he'd realised how sweet he really was! Now a days nothing delighted him more than flinging himself at the older man he delighted in calling dad and hugging onto him with a laugh. Ornella, the slightly strange young looking woman who seemed to have a fondness for Grenth as well, was rather nice, she was teaching him to sew, which he loved! And also seemed happy enough to spend time with him in the way his mother never had, just sitting and talking, he loved it!
Of course, Don was the best part though... he'd never been this happy before! Any time he wanted to see him all he had to do was call out, or scuttle across to his sweethearts room! Every morning seemed more like a dream than real life! It was just perfect as far as he was concerned, he loved Don so much! And now they were able to be together he was falling more and more in love with him every day! It was nice that he was still allowed to sleep in the guest room however... that was still a little too scary... the notion of staying in the same room with Don regularly, though there had been times when he'd simply fallen asleep while curled up against Don, and woken up in the same attitude the next morning... he was pretty sure he could get used to it when the time came with relative ease.
This morning, as early as it was, he had snuck his way into Don's room and settled himself very carefully beside him Ge'd been leaning forwards, his nose mere millimetres away from Don's nose for a little while now, delighting in the fact that Don would most definitely wake up rather soon now! He couldn't help his slight like for playing tricks on the older male... he loved Don so very much... it was just the way he was!
Any minute though... any minute now Don would wake up...

 The griffin slept on peacefully for the moment, his wings flexing just a little against the soft sheets as he had slept on his back. Dreaming. Definetly dreaming, possibly about flying, possibly other things.. Possible.. Either way it was rubbing his dark feathers up the wrong way, they were going to itch and require an awful lot of attention before his father would deem him to look presentable again. Not that he ever met with approval from his father over such things, he had reluctantly given up a long time ago. Don rubbed his cheek against the pillow a little then rocked his head back so he was facing upwards.. The duvet was getting heavier and heavier the more he came to this morning.. Hard to.. Breathe.. He opened his eyes to be bet with an out of focus pair of bright blue, sparkling eyes and let loose a loud, distressed squawk as he tried to retreat from the dazzling blue back into the pillows pressing himself back an impressive amount into the mattress. "N-NNRGH! Z-Zassy!?" He gaped a little pulling a variety of rather extreme expressions his green eyes wide.

Zassy couldn't the silvery laugh that slipped from between his smiling lips at the sight of Don's face! "Oh Love!" He laughed, flopping over Don to curl on the bed with a little squirm as he laughed, his eyes almost closed now with the smile on his face and the laughter that just kept bubbling up from him, he'd never felt this happy and laid back! It was so wonderful! "Oh darling your expression!" He opened his eyes and tipped back his head to look at Don, his lips still curled into a beautiful smile of pure contentment and happiness.
Another silvery giggle tumbled from his lips as he curled himself round a little on the bedding "Can you forgive my humour love? You were just sleeping so sweetly! I couldn't help myself... though you really are going to need to preen your wings..." he was still smiling, it was a complete change, Zassy hadn't smiled this much in a very long time!

It took Don a few moments to recover from his rather sudden wake up call, his chest heaved a little as he laid quite still still pushed back into his soft bed-sheets.
"Why you!" He roared playfully, throwing himself sideways onto the little giggling nymph as his side, ticking the curvy sides mercilessly as he kissed at and blew raspberries on the nymphs neck.
"Excuses! It's unforgivable! Unforgivable!!" He laughed happily, slowly relenting his tickling until he was only kissing and nuzzling at him, though he occasionally threatened to return to the tickles.
"Maybe my dreams weren't helping my situation? You were in them all night. Then I wake up and there you are! Though.. I never expected to see you with such enormous eyes, love." He shook his wings in a distracted attempt to sort out his feathers. They needed a lot more work before he could safely go out without retribution.
"Hmm.. Stay with me..? Please..?" He begged him, having a soppy moment. He loved lazing in bed with his beloved, but he did not find himself in the same bed as his beautiful elemental nearly enough as he would have liked.

Zassy had very literally shrieked at the tickle assault! They were giggle filled shrieks admittedly, but shrieks none the less. Even after Don had stopped, every time those fingers wiggled anywhere near him he'd twitch a little and make a slightly hysterical little sound through his nose, he was hypersensitive when it came to tickling his sides! "You're meeeeaaan!" he complained in a voice that was anything but serious, "Why would I want to stay in bed with such a meanie!" His actions however belied his words as he curled his arms around Don's neck, still shaking slightly from the rush he'd been given by the tickles, but calming slowly...
After he'd stayed quiet for a few moments he was able to lean up, just a little to press his lips just infront of one of Don's ears, "did it really look like I was planning to go anywhere love...? Really...?" he let his head flop back again to nestle into the soft bedding. "I'm happy to lay here for a little while, as long as Ornella and your father don't think you're trying to murder me..." he grinned happily up at the griffin, "I'll help you with your wings in a little.. you're not doing them any good you know..." he smiled again, Don was such a darling to him, even if he did have to suffer the occasional bout of merciless tickling.
