I'm currently attending college here. Its beautiful and everyone is very personable and helpful. I've never been anywhere else like it.

I love Michigan! Not only because I'm a Wings fan but as you've said everyone is so damned NICE
the kind of nice you usually only get waaay out in the country. But these people are nice at Burger King.
And yes it is very, very pretty. One of my very favorite things about Michigan is that they manage to keep lots of trees amidst all the malls and McDonalds
Walmarts and whatnot. I wish Illinois would take a page from that book.
